The simple, WYSYG platform with HTML block support ensures that all users, whether seasoned HTML pros or base-level marketers can create beautifully designed marketing pieces. The basic layouts are easy to fill in as needed and offer just enough customization without being overwhelming. What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform? Although outages or service issues are very rare with Mail Chimp, getting a hold of someone from their customer service team when they do occur is a very frustrating experience. With our current plan, we are required to submit a ticket via their email and/or live chat with their support teams. These levels of support are only helpful for basic troubleshooting and cannot resolve account specific issues and it takes days to get in touch with someone who can assist. Ability to mass-mail out product updates and announcements across multiple mediums including email and landing pages.
