What do you like best about Intuit Lacerte Tax?

The Diagnostics are good. Custom white board is good as well. The ability to quickly see the status of each return is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Lacerte Tax?

Lack of ability to jump to all inputs. In ability to have 2 clients open at the same time. I wish the program from one year to the next had a different color inside the program to easily tell one year from the next when multiple tax programs are open at the same time. What problems is Intuit Lacerte Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is hard to say that is is "solving" a problem. The software is designed as a tax program and is not significantly different from other tax program so I cannot say that it is solving any specific problems as other programs would do the same thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
