We've been using Intrro for a few months now, and I'm pleased with how easy it was to connect my LinkedIn account and identify which candidates were most relevant to the current job postings. It's also handy when a candidate contacts me first on LinkedIn expressing interest in the position, and I know exactly how and where to notify the recruiting team. Folks in my network have successfully landed interviews as a result of using Intrro. Not necessarily a dislike, but a feature I think would give Intrro an edge in recruitment is the ability to use AI to help draft a convincing introduction to prospective candidates, detailing the open role, and reasons why we think the candidate should apply.
