All it did was store files. There are smarter platforms, platforms that generate notices, and platforms that automate the subscription process. This is not that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a long, great history (I believe one of the oldest providers), which gives them extensive experience solving some of the most complicated issues and helping bankers etc. navigate some of the more cumbersome deals / processes. They tend to work with bulge brackets and are very focused on large-scale deals, and have the process down to a science. The main gripe with Intralinks is the price. They are almost always more expensive than other providers, and with all of the new competition nowadays, with many competitors offering very similar features for less, it's tough to justify Intralinks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support desk is incompetent. They had me using a 1990s interface for a month, then upgraded me to what I should have had all along. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cheap and easy to navigate around the interface. This was also very cost beneficial. It was easy to recommend to clients who didnt want to pay 10K for a VDR. They also changed a one flat fee instead of charging by views/clicks/downloads or times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
