They tend to work with bulge brackets and are very focused on large-scale deals, and have the process down to a science. They make sure their clients get exactly what they need when all is said and done. **What do you dislike about Intralinks VDRPro?** The main gripe with Intralinks is the price. They are almost always more expensive than other providers, and with all of the new competition nowadays, with many competitors offering very similar features for less, it's tough to justify Intralinks. **Recommendations to others considering Intralinks VDRPro:** Shop around for the best price - if you want to pay a premium for Intralinks to guarantee great service, it might be worth it, but there are plenty of other great options available now. **What problems is Intralinks VDRPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have always used their classic data room functions which are used in an M&A process.
