What do you like best about Intradiem?

Intradiem is great at informing us supervisors when their reports are in after call. It helps us maintain our team's performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intradiem?

There are a lot more options in Intradiem that are not yet supported by our systems. There is also an issue where Intradiem opens in Chrome but will not allow other programs to open in Chrome from links in emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, getting approved updates included/activated in the app might take extra effort/time.

What problems is Intradiem solving and how is that benefiting you?

One thihg we wree working on was a delay on Intraiem launch at the start of shifts so it could accomonmdate the internet connectivty hansdhake for auto-launch. After some deliberation and testing, it was approved and implemented sucesfully for associates: this greatly benefits every user, as to not worry that Intradiem it's not there during their shift.
