The data entry field is somehow very long, and attributes are also very high. The user is not able to delete the data box he is not used to but only can inactive the same. On the dashboard, it shows the display as Inactive, and for the entries, the user needs to scroll down the screen to find the exact entry where he has to make it. The support system can also be equipped with Ticket System so that all the issues can be store together and can be tracked easily. I don't like that we have to pay extra to get the pro features. One of my contacts is set up to get listings alerts and I can't tell what he's looking for so that limits my ability to follow up. I feel like we pay a lot of fees as realtors, and it seems like there's always an additional fee that can get you extra features. So if I decide to not get the pro, other agents who do have a leg up and it's not even playing ground. I don't like that, I don't think it's fair Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how this does not involve any coding. This is an unique software that has a lot of out of the box functionalities that are inbuilt in the system. The programs are very easy to use and visual friendly for someone who is new the this type of software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how it is GDPR compliant because it is also compliant with the CCPA of the United States Privacy Law. I also like how it offers a flexible CRM system to help me track the organization according to its size. I don't have to automate a large amount and length of my data manually.
