What do you like best about InterviewAI?

It is the ability of InterviewAI to eliminate the guesswork involved in the development of interview questions that makes it stand out. It is no longer the case where one is looking for the correct ones. It creates them dynamically, for each role. This saves me a lot of time and guarantees that I ask questions that are really important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InterviewAI?

It is not the silver bullet. It sometimes gives curve balls that don't really go with the position, and using it alone turns interviews into little robotic. The inconsistent question generation and inefficient assessment also increase the time it takes to hire competent candidates and bias our recruiting process. What problems is InterviewAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

InterviewAI is a good tool for helping an overworked recruiter such as myself. It makes the process simpler and helps me bring out some key insights about the candidates. It should always be used as a supporting partner and not as a replacement for our own judgment and human connection.
