What do you like best about InterviewAI?
It is the ability of InterviewAI to eliminate the guesswork involved in the development of interview questions that makes it stand out. It is no longer the case where one is looking for the correct ones. It creates them dynamically, for each role. What do you dislike about InterviewAI?
It is not the silver bullet. It sometimes gives curve balls that don't really go with the position, and using it alone turns interviews into little robotic. The inconsistent question generation and inefficient assessment also increase the time it takes to hire competent candidates and bias our recruiting process.
