"Zero Campaigns in 23 Days - Terminated for Cause After Complete Failure"

What do you like best about Intero Digital?

Nothing. There is no positive aspect to report. The only benefit was terminating quickly enough to avoid wasting money on their incompetence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intero Digital?

Sales bait-and-switch (promised expert, delivered unqualified staff who admitted "I'm not an expert" in writing). Three consecutive failed deliverables. 100% deadline failure rate. President of Paid Media no-showed scheduled meeting without apology. Unauthorized access to our accounts after we explicitly denied access in recorded meeting and after termination. Post-termination dishonesty attempting to reframe for-cause termination as "mutual." Systematic incompetence from sales through delivery through termination. Zero accountability. Recommendations to others considering Intero Digital:

Do not hire them. Find literally any other agency. After sales misrepresentation, technical incompetence, deadline failures, executive no-shows, unauthorized system access, and post-termination dishonesty, we terminated for cause after 23 days. They delivered nothing usable. Cost us $15K-25K in lost opportunity and 23 critical days during our launch window. There are thousands of agencies. Choose one that delivers what they promise, respects professional boundaries, and takes accountability for failures. Intero Digital demonstrated none of these basic standards. What problems is Intero Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?

None. Intero Digital solved zero problems. They created problems. We hired them for Meta advertising campaign management. After 23 days, they delivered zero campaigns, zero ads, and zero results. Every deadline was missed. Three strategy attempts all failed. We terminated for cause and paid them nothing because their performance was so catastrophically bad that continuing would have caused additional harm to our business. What do you like best about Intero Digital?

The people! You have assembled an amazing group of people who are great at their jobs from a technical perspective, great personalities (great client facing), and organized systems. It makes working with your team super easy, straighforward, instructions are clear, presentations are always well-done and the team is always prepared. What do you dislike about Intero Digital?

That we moved away from the Core content platform. It's much more difficult to keep up with opportunities, current and past without being able to reference all the information in one place. It creates extra steps for the client to use Google Docs to give feedback, then send an email regarding it to let someone know it's done...just not as efficient. When considering whether to retain Intero, think of the future state of your marketing goals - the beauty of this agency is that they have very strong departments across the board and increasing your service lines to accomodate growth is possible with them. The PR is strong, the digital marketing and tech sides are strong and analysts convey key decision-making information in clear terms and with a positive attitude. What problems is Intero Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intero is easing the burden of having to constantly keep up with digital marketing trends and techniques across content, SEO, paid advertising, SEM, social media, website backend tech, etc. so I can focus on other things! I love the constant webinars and emails with market updates and trends - they sort through and condense the most important information and show thought leadership. They save me so much time - I'm relieved of pitching news outlets and publications for a very reasonable retainer, considering the skills and connections needed to make great placements happen. They make marketing directors look better by delivering high quality PR placements and optimizing paid ad campains that have improved my clients' revenue, web traffic, social presence and marketshare. Intero Digital is laser-focused on our challenges, aggressively improving our SEO within a tight timeframe. Quarterly strategy meetings keep us on track, while monthly reports allow us to pivot and expand on our most effective efforts. Weekly meetings ensure all efforts progress effectively and foster excellent communication between our team and the Intero team. Every team member is completely accessible and responsive to our last-minute requests. I've been able to create accurate and detailed reports and presentations thanks to the quick turnaround of information provided by the Intero team. Our collaboration extends beyond SEO; we also work closely on technical SEO, social media, and email efforts. Additional services complement our efforts to enhance our web presence.
