I'm not at the mercy of AT&T anymore for connection. The quality and pricing are much better. We don't use the whole suite, just SIP Trunking services with our 3CX PBX. If our internet should go down it forwards to a cell phone we designated automatically. Only used support 2 times and one of them just was just to set the number forwarding up when our fiber was cut. It can be frustrating to diagnose email issues when you're entering what is believed to be the correct settings on the email client (Outlook). Usually, I have to contact Intermedia support to assist in getting a client's Outlook configured. Usually, support uses a proprietary tool in most cases to initiate the connection on client email programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
