I have upgraded to their premium spam filter AI premium and still experiencing the same issues. I've been unsuccesfully trying to get access to our Intermedia account for couple of weeks now. Our original admin left the company and we've got locked out of the Intermedia account with no chances to login since Intermedia just spams me with automated messages "Unfortunately, the email address you are currently using '@email' is also not listed as an account administrator on the account in question. Please have one the listed account owner or administrators on your account owner contact us directly at the number below so we can assist you with your request." MY ADMIN HAS LEFT THE COMPANY, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET HIM LOGIN??? Moreover our credit card expired so we can't use the Intermedia as end users - for the better, will never use it or recommed to anyone again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Intermediate web portal is very easy from administrative standpoint to set up groups new users deletions forwarding anything that might be related to email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how the program detects and quarantines any suspicious email. Once quarantined, you will receive an email that takes you to a site in which you can interact with the suspicious email in a protected environment.
