What I found to be most helpful is the fact that they assist you with the problem and also take the time to teach you the things you can try on your end to help keep me as self sufficient as possible. I don't mind reaching out for assistance when needed but am always more than happy to learn new tricks of the trade.

In order to properly do my job as a Chronic Care Manager, I really need two monitors in order to be organized enough to function between all the tabs I need to have open and work between. I'm not great with Mac Books and couldn't get the docking station to connect to my Mac and recognize both monitors. Adam Ruppert was excellent! He listened to my questions/concerns and needs, then proceeded to troubleshoot and correct the issues promptly.

They work as a team to assign the right personnel based on the issue and case.  They are prompt and great communicators.  I worked with one person, but used team resources and individual expertise as they chatted remotely to solve the problem.

They admit when they do not know, but are willing to try to resolve issues and do not waste your time pulling you through the knothole.

They work 24 hours a day on weekdays and are available on weekends when you need them most to meet a tight deadline.

Interlaced helped me with three issues that I had been delaying in fixing, but handled all three items in one call—ranging from learning how to VPN to the Corporate office and Map to both the Printer Scanner and Corporate Staff File Manager.  I also spent time with Interlace and was trained on how to work offline while still saving my work on OneDrive, as well as attaching files from my mobile device and sending emails via the Outlook App.

My email was hacked via a very sophisticated phishing scam which came from a valid email address with valid content to the time of the year in my customer lifecycle phase.  The culprit was identified, the email addresses that were affected were identified and they scanned my computer for any unusual access to my other applications.  They checked both my work and personal email.

I was not able to view my email content from auto-generated emails from RAMP. The emails provide communications between me and my clients, directing you to the exact transactions. I was always able to view the contents until recently; something happened with Google Chrome that created the problem, and my emails from RAMP showed no content. Londelle quickly and easily fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes!

No downsides I can think of. We get to work with some familiar faces so it feels like they are part of the team, and that's nice.

If you need to outsource your IT support services for your small or large team, they are totally worth it!

What's nice is they are embedded within our corporate slack so they are always just a slack message away for any issues possible. The folks are quick to resolve and if they can't, they really do everything in their power to move the ball forward until it's resolved. In addition, their team is very helpful and have good outside perspective. For example, I wasn't receiving messages from Meta for a password reset. They helped me escalate the issue with Meta, as they suspected my domain was blocked on their side.

Came in for one problem and solved many!!!!  On top of being able to guide conversations to how to support my team for the same issues.

Don't wait for 2 weeks trying to figure it out, they spent time with for 30 mins and figured it out.  #Don'tWasteYourTime

Everyone in the office had different interactions with the printer.  Some was able to print without a USB connection while most had to connect via USB to print.  The inconsistency was the hardest part.  When we decided to move our printer around our office, it didn't like that!  Everyone wasn't able to connect to it anymore and to find out from our IT person, Steven, the printer's IP address was differnt from our own wifi!  That's why it couldn't connect.

Came in to solve why our printer keeps showing up as Offline, to then helping me figure out why my PDF files weren't printing, setting it up so that EVERYONE in my office can now print via wifi, and FINALLY being able to support in keeping the printer consistent for everyone in the office.  Now everyone can have the same relationship with the printer and not a hate/frustaration with the printer.

Clear and consice directions in layman's terms. I did not need to google what the heck they were asking me to do. Also communication was super friendly and they are ready and willing to help.

Could not figure out the settings on my touch bar on my MacBook Pro. I tried a million times restarting with no avail. Although my schedule did not allow me to hop on a call with Interlaced- they gave me clear and consice directions on how to fix the problem and it worked!

Recently one of our mailboxes suddenly received dozens of distubring and hateful spam from a bad actor.  Not only was I seeing these messages but also members of our leadership team.  The messages kept coming in from a Friday afternoon to a Saturday morning and I knew I had to flag it. I slacked the interlaced team and someone responded within one hour. Then in a few hours had found the source and fixed the issue.  The customer service I received was on point and their team member was very kind in his responses. I highly recommend them.

As of right now, there are not current issues I have. Honestly, not a dislike, but they almost made me feel lazy in not responding quickly over the weekend. They are very on top of things.

Interlaced has been extremely helpful in getting my device setup implemented as a new employee. In the past, when amanged internally, I have had many issues, but with Interlaced, everything was quick, seamless and easy. They have also provided fantastic post rollout/ongoing support help. Jasen went above and beyond. He was initially just coming to our office to disconnect our firewall equipment and ended up having to deal with Sprectrum customer service and had to wait around for them to show up to resolve the escalated issue. He stayed until everything was working properly.

Interlaced has completely taken over our IT stack. As a small (20 person) organization, it didn't make sense for us financially to have an in-house IT team and Interlaced has been able to take over administration of all of our cloud systems, while also being able to provide hardware support for our team that is dispersed around the country. They are a pleasure to work with.

Very responsive to our requests, easygoing personalities, able to work with our current stack but also able to make recommendations on how to move forward

Some of their support is based around west coast hours, which isn't a huge issue but does occasionally present small delays for our east coast based teammates
