as I am working related to the communications with customers and clients this platform is really efficient and works for me to work and construct my task properly. however, sometimes I feel difficult to use this because it is cloud based unified communication services so it is not working without could system. moreover, it is lack of feedback because it is small business company. also, the price is proper but not for all users. it is good because wherever I am and the clients and customers are we can have communication in quick and short time. it is really useful to have meeting for making fast decision. It's built into Outlook. The choice of connecting from any computer is open. The quality of the audio is fine. To international meetings, you can use the local telephone number. It is easy to use the recording feature. It can erase the participants ' lines. It can. They are supported quickly and responsively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InterCall Call Manager?

There isn't much compatibility through calls created for a call. Don't attend meetings fast enough. Conference IDs are long and moving between meetings takes a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use it for webinars and learning and webinars. It has good quality of sound and video, however a good Internet connectivity is needed. Meetings are also easy to record. However, relative to other international conference approaches, it is economical. It has also a strong Outlook integration. What do you like best about InterCall Call Manager?

We mainly used Intercall for audio conferencing and it proved to be a reliable platform. There were not many complaints or issues with the software, from a support standpoint. Users really liked Intercall and were disappointed when it was phased out of the company, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InterCall Call Manager?

Creating the Intercall accounts was pretty lengthy and time consuming. It would have been more efficient if Single Sign-On could have been implemented with the software. This is one of the main reasons the software was phased out at my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
