Even with recent updates, the system feels a bit stuck in the past from both the administrative and learner sides. Visually, it does not look "modern" and can at times even feel clunky to use. My biggest issues with Intellum is the lack of support community. The client base for Intellum includes some rather large organizations, many of which are also in my industry, unlike some learning management systems, there's no common space a community of users to discuss and trade best practices.
