The Admin interface is very user friendly. It is very easy to create and publish courses in multiple formats within minutes to immediately reach out students. Their additional of Evolve to publish content directly to the platform without having to export and import files has been a game changer for us. Evolve also allows our users to complete content inline meaning they do not have to open a seperate tab. The Executive, customer support team and our CSM are all amazing to work with. They are quick to listen to suggestions and implement them into new feature releases for all clients. They use their own platform to leverage Admin Learning and curated content. Finally, the ability to publish public facing content and share specific reports as well as have them sent on a recurring basis, save us valuable time and energy. Therefore, nothing really stands out as a negative. Integration and customization to our ever growing business processes is an on-going project and we are always discovering new tools and ways to leverage Exceed LMS to improve procedures and increase productivity. Like most companies, we had to quickly pivot due to COVID-19 and Exceed LMS allowed us to seamlessly transition traditional classroom instructor-led training to virtual training and e-learning adjust without missing a beat. As the client and admin, it was easy to learn how to use it on the back end and from an attendee experience it was easy to navigate. It allowed us to turn our in person event into a virtual event in less than 45 days while keeping in mind our goals (ease of use, content delivery, networking, gamification, etc). Recommendations to others considering Intellum Platform: Always discuss the bandwidth of the team who will help you. I've found that most vendors are extremely busy and over promise n what they can do, so always ask if the timing of your event overlaps with anything else that might take away support from your event.Also, if you plan to host multiple events or don't have a lot of internal support, you should discuss that early on so that you set expectations of the type of support you will need. Intellum has allowed us to scale our customer training quickly. We launched an academy with 7 hours of content that received high user ratings and won several industry awards. Their team provided hands-on onboarding, making it easy to get started. We appreciated both how secure and customizable the platform is, which allowed us to design nearly every essential component, from use of our logo, fonts, colors, icons and more. There a some small, quirky functionality pieces that can cause me more time to complete a task, but I've seen many of those quirks being improved or getting resolved over time. It allows us to onboard and train with more efficiency, more consistency, less manual management, and to an audience that is rapidly growing and locationally spread.
