We are a unique business and have different needs from the average trucking company. The team at Intellishift is always willing to take our suggestions into consideration for future upgrades. **What do you dislike about IntelliShift?** I'm not sure if it is because they have grown or because of the current state of employment everywhere, but the wait time for tech support has seemed to have tripled. **Recommendations to others considering IntelliShift:** There is no perfect system that I am aware of. There are a couple of reports that I wish were better, like the unassigned mileage report. You have to manually download the event. It can very frustrating when relied upon but it's totally a few minutes off **What problems is IntelliShift solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves issues of parents not knowing when to expect the bus and to be waiting outside.
