The product is intuitive to work with for the most part and different ways to approach completing an action. It has increased productivity and has made the approval and signing processes much smoother. It supports our ICOFR processes as well. It has been well adopted internally. I dislike the reporting aspect of it - I personally would like to see some canned report templates which I could rely on, with some variables. Doing searches is often clumsy and I have noticed that the files brought up which you see on the dashboard related to the search does not match the exported excel version, and picks up unrelated contracts and misses some entirely. IntelAgree helped our company move from a manual and cumbersome contract process to a fully automated process and cloud-managed system. By using IntelAgree, we are now able to house all our contracts in one place, and better track contract statuses and progress, while also integrating IntelAgree with our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn, to bring visibility to our sales staff.
