## Make Reviews
 ### 1. Make is the Leatherman Tool of Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dayhawk K. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make connects to everything I can imagine and then some to automate business processes even if they involves hundreds of steps, filters, and modules or apps. No matter what I throw at them, Make handles things with ease and precision.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Make is a nearly perfect platform with no functional deficiencies. One suggestion for improvement is to allow users to organize and sort automations, or scenarios as they call them, any which way they like.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of relying on valuable human resources to perform mundane as well as some complex tasks, Make easily and efficiently interacts with API endpoints, databases, and in-house platforms. It is one of the best automation platforms out there.

 ### 2. Automate the work was never so easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrián A. | Funcionario de carrera en Dpto Informática Tributaria en Agencia Tributaria, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

It has an intuitive visual interface, advanced features, and an active user community. The platform allows you to create complex automations without the need to write code, establish complex workflows using loops, conditionals, and variables, and quickly solve any problems that arise thanks to its error tracking tools.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The price and the learning curve, as there are parts that are too complex to develop and put into play. And another issue is that sometimes it experiences interrupted disconnections.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve the problem of having to perform repetitive and manual tasks across multiple platforms and online applications. By automating workflows and processes, you can save time and effort by avoiding the need to perform tasks manually on different platforms and applications, which also reduces the possibility of errors. Additionally, by integrating multiple platforms and applications into a single automation, users can optimize their work and increase efficiency in performing complex tasks.

 ### 3. One of the best integration tool I have used so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhaskar Jyoti C. | Application Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

I love its easy to use user interface. The way it shows the flow is excellent and I can understand it very well. Supports integrations with multiple platforms and the support for API and webhooks helps a lot.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I don't have any such dislike. I have been using it for almost a year and liked it very much. I am very much satisfied with the application.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to integrate our application (Playbook AI) with Zoho, Salesforce and Fireflies. I can easly create a automation process with other application very easily using Make.com.

 ### 4. Best value for basic to moderate needs.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Govind D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Make?**

It's very affordable and relatively powerful, fairly easy to use and has tons of connectors.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The user experience is a bit frustrating at times, it can be challenging when integrations get a little complex, and also can be expensive without proper design to handle data operations.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a tool for a number of fairly straight forward marketing and sales systems integrations.

 ### 5. Incredible integration tool and affordable!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian P. | IT Consultant, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make's Scenarios (equivalent to Zapier's zaps) are extremely easy to build and the visual interface is easy to understand. The animated visualization of the tool running is so cool and helps understand the flow of information more easily.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

When you build a really complex Scenario the interface becomes very slow if you're on an older system. It also eats up a lot of RAM.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Send data back and forth to different systems using webhooks.

 ### 6. Excellent No-Code for Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit C. | Chief Delivery Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

1. Easy to build and automate workflows
2. No to minimum learning curve
3. Very user-friendly UI, which makes the entire automation process quite fast
4. Very affordable unlike other tools in market
5. Provides multiple integrated tool options

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Nothing as such as of now. The cost in which they have provided their solution, one cant ask for anything else.

It is perfect.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Seamlessly connecting our software with different platforms in jiffy.
2. It has reduced our effort and cost in doing different integration in a big way.

 ### 7. I really like make for doing automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guilherme M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

I like the ease and its wide range of applications, its API is easy and intuitive to implement, anyone without programming knowledge can integrate it, its customer support is agile and good, I use it regularly.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Sometimes because your quotas expire and you are not limited to making integrations, and sometimes it presents some bugs that I can't solve and I need to contact support.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make integrations and automations for my company (this is the future)

 ### 8. Very affordable and powerful automation tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergi M. | Technical Program Manager, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

I could automate things that I never imagined. What I love the most is I can create custom webhooks and connect them to other tools.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The learning curve is steeper than Zapier

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now I can automate many processes without the need of coding

 ### 9. Make.com is good... until something goes wrong, then your whole business is ruined.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamil M. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

I found Make.com much easier to learn, and very easy to create advanced scenarios than other platforms. We have filled many different functionalities with a help of make, which our software was lacking...

**What do you dislike about Make?**

...until something stopped to work. They can make a change to a module you are using, which might be the most important part of your company, so suddenly you are screwed. They support response time takes from 1 to few weeks. If you are going to wait for their help, they will come back for your dead body. Their support is the worst thing possible, even if respect their time, and prepare very good examples, they will ask stupid question during few first emails, and You wont even realize , it has beed already 5 days of exchanging emails without actual results.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can customize any software containing API to my needs. This is very good at creating a startup business that doesnt do exactly what other business and you want to improvise.

 ### 10. A good no-code integration platform with many connectors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nir L. | VP R&D, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make is a simple-to-use no-code integration platform that has many connectors for both incoming and outgoing data. It allows you to process data from multiple sources very quickly, do some flow control, and send output to other sources. I found it easy to use and understand and it saved me a lot of time in developing and setting up simple integrations that I would otherwise would have had to develop.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I would say the least helpful part was the transition from Integromat (the old system) to Make (the new system) which required me to set up almost everything from scratch. Also, in many cases, it was less-than-intuitive to set up some integrations and required me to read support documentation.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to connect our Webflow website to our email marketing platform and CRM, with several flow control cases. I was also using it to send API calls from our marketing website to our operational system for doing some calculations and metrics.

 ### 11. Easy and intuitive to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo d. | Sales Ops , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

The interface is very user-friendly and easy to understand. It's fun to integrate the systems and see them working.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The lack of translation and smarter guides.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This integration solves the Lea information problem because they can't connect all databases by themselves. This improves data analysis and makes it easier to gain more accuracy when we need to find qualified leads.

 ### 12. Best automation workflow tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Camilo P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

it is easy to understand, work and cheap, it is my personal assistant, and save me hours of management.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

operations over arrays, for example I can`t add a variable on all data of a array.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow automation for any productivity app, for me it is indispensable for managment a very large area.

 ### 13. Really useful and easy to implement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fab R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

It's straightforward to use and UX-friendly. The documentation is complete and helpful in implementing scenarios and using functions. I prefer it to Zapier as it's more flexible, easy to use, visually attractive and has more options.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

For now, I did not encounter some blocking options with it. You need to know your way around logic to be efficient with it.

It would be awesome if it were linked with a language Cat tool like MemoQ or Memsource.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Monday and the automation options are limited in it. Make helps us make Monday more efficient and suited to our needs. We use it to transfers datas from one table to another and to extract informations from several board to another.

 ### 14. Make.io: One stop solution for soft integration and automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** himanshu j. | Lead - Analytics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

Easy to build and automate workflows, creating pipelines as schedule alerts on different platform in just few clicks, it supports the SQL queries very well to create logic/rule-based or event-based alerts

**What do you dislike about Make?**

It doesn't support Python alerts, to shoot auto mailers at once, sometimes lags with complex queries and fails frequently. Only renowned software are present as an option to connect

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in scheduling the arlerts over slack,Gmail and helps in sheet automation for Google Sheets from Database and public basis the events in social media platforms or responses from survey

 ### 15. Using make for automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

integrates with many other platforms and is more cost efficient than zapier

**What do you dislike about Make?**

doesn't seem to have auto triggers like caspio. you need to go fetch records periodically to see if there is activity.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

generally used to move data back and forth between platforms

 ### 16. Best integration automation software we've used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make has an intuitive platform that makes integrating different tools quick and easy, even for those on our team with little experience. We were able to connect tools that don't have direct connections and automate processes saving us hours of work.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

There are there some connection issues in scenarios when basing filters off of date fields in salesforce, though this happens rarely. Otherwise, some connections we would like are not available, but you are able to suggest tools for them to add connections with.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Make primarily for the automation of processes that were previously manual. This includes updating data in salesforce from other tools, sorting and reconciling emails, updating statuses in other tools, ect.

 ### 17. My experience with Make (formerly known as Integromat)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan B. | Fotógrafo y marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

It integrates a very high number of programs, and the possibilities are endless. There are no limits, only how creative you are when creating what you need. The interface is also very visual and everything is very well documented.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

At the beginning, it can be somewhat complex to understand, due to the topic of functions and variables. Although it is true that you don't need to be a programmer to handle it well, it can indeed be somewhat uncomfortable at first, where you will have to constantly live with "trial and error."

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows you to automate your business in an absolutely professional way. For me, it is essential to use it to free up workload, especially management and administration tasks that I have always wanted to delegate.

 ### 18. Best Integration Service fair pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make manages to create an intimate and simple environment for simple but also complex integrations of any kind with its user interface.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The only thing that I personally find negative is that you have to be careful with the execution of the actions because you can otherwise exceed your limits quite quickly depending on the plan.
What would be a perfect example here: a Shopify store with 2000 articles, where Make should update the 2000 articles every hour.
Unfortunately, this is not possible because each article counts as an operation and the workflow cannot be mapped by Make (in terms of costs).

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make makes it very easy for me to link external APIs with larger providers and in our case manages to 100% automate a completely manual process through simple 4 steps.

 ### 19. Here is your data what would you like to do with it?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela M. | Overgivers Anonymous podcast host, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

I love that once I connect to the API I am free to use the data and interface with multiple other API's while using the data. It saves me time and ensures that there are fewer mistakes when moving data from one platform to another.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Sometimes the API connections available from the software platform aren't available in the Make platform, however, sometimes we can find a way around it. Also connecting new software APIs that aren't yet connected can take a while to become available.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me and my clients a lot of time, ensuring that there are fewer mistakes when moving data from one platform to another and allowing the teams to work on tasks that require actual human interaction rather than clogging up teams with busy work that the AI is more than capable of handling.

 ### 20. With Make, everything is possible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** María G. | Responsable de tecnología, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

What I like the most is that it is super versatile, you can connect an endless number of tools and achieve extremely complex processes. In fact, one of the connections I have implemented is between Glide and Make, which allows me to perform many extra functions that I couldn't do with Glide alone, such as creating events not only in the internal calendar of any app made with Glide but also transferring that event to Google Calendar using Integromat. Or, for example, using Make to perform operations and then update any column of the drive that Glide draws from with that data.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Well, right now I can't find anything I don't like.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help me distribute the same information to different sites: Mautic, Google Sheets, Wordpress, Gmail...
I update Wordpress data automatically and recurrently. I create users in Wordpress automatically, send birthday congratulation emails...

 ### 21. Great drag and drop solutions for middleware

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

I love how most activities are built in. Beyond that working with an API is straightforward once you get the hang of it. When I get stuck the support is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Some things are not intuitive and iterators are somewhat buggy. This can be easily solved converting it with JSON first, but that's an extra step. It's a small quibble to be honest.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to pass quiz data from Canvas to Knack. We also use Make to interact between Canvas and Arlo to keep track of student participation. In the future we will use Make to have Arlo and ActiveCampaign talk.

 ### 22. One of the 3 tools that can save your business the most time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Borja O. | Profe, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

It has allowed me to automate many small day-to-day tasks, which, when added up, turn into hours saved each week. Additionally, it is by far the easiest automation tool to use on the market (of all the ones I've tried at least).

**What do you dislike about Make?**

At the moment, it doesn't offer as many integrations as Zapier, so if you use a lot of different software, Make might not be sufficient. Another problem I see is that it is not available in Spanish.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me an enormous amount of time in my day-to-day with very simple automations to program.

 ### 23. flexible and easy to use integration platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

very easy to use and has a lot of different platforms

**What do you dislike about Make?**

difficult to manage arrays and partially unstructured outputs

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

streamline data processes and operations and test new features for our SaaS faster

 ### 24. Make is the best IPaaS and Automation platform for SMBs and Startups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabbir A. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

* It has more nocode automation building features than any other platforms
* Support for APIs, Webhooks, Internal database, and many built-in tools
* Fluid and convenient drag-and-drop editor
* Cost-efficient and extremely versatile
* The company is always improving features overtime

**What do you dislike about Make?**

* No native code (javascript or python) processor
* Delay option is limited

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* It reduces repetitive and manual actions from a company
* Saves hundreds of hours of work for our company in a month
* Produces less error compared to human counterpart

 ### 25. Make -- Makes It Happen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff A. | President, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

The graphic interface makes it very easy to visually see what you are building and what steps are happening next. I love the flexibility of being able to copy/paste action steps from one scenario to another and/or create a multi-part split that isn't capped at only 3 options. Also the ability to start the scenario at some point in the past makes the scenarios extremely useful.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

They keep promising the ability to split a scenario and then rejoin at some point in the future ... which would be awesome, as many times you have one small part that needs some bifurcation, but the rest of the scenario can run the same. If they had that, I think it may be perfect.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting SaaS systems in the past used to require you to be a full-on coder. Now, with low-code/no-code systems, you can start to connect your data more seamlessly without a degree. I love that we can help streamline people's operations and save them tons of time in their business with a tool that is fairly straightforward to use and doesn't cost a fortune.

 ### 26. Productivity and time saving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

extremely easy to use, as well as the automation of processes and how simple the integration of applications and software is.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

When some API binding is needed, even with the key provided and linked, I can hardly get API automations to work.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Especially saving time and extracting thousands of rows from reports automatically.

 ### 27. I am glad i started using make

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mantas K. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

I researched quite a bit before choosing my automation software, and make.com was a decision I do not regret. I used Make.com to completely automate service calculation and commercial offer creation for Asana, Stripe and Airtable. The software is easy to pick up and is very capable. Whenever i had issues support helped me out with the best customer service they could give and i managed to automate everything i wanted, and i'm not stopping here. Would definitely recommend make.com for businesses of any size.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Don't think there are such things i dislike, compared to other softwares make.com is alot cheaper and works great, I can't complain.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating onboarding process without spending a lot of money.

 ### 28. Really smart tool for solving problems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barry H. | VP of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

Once up and running the interface is really easy to use and create powerful automations

**What do you dislike about Make?**

It takes time to get up to speed and no what to look for when trying to fix bugs and issues with automations

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Specifically I couldn't schedule LinkedIn ads to run at the times I wanted so created an automation with Make to address this

 ### 29. Great automation platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek M. | C, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

I love that Make is simple to use and very cost-effective!

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Some of the tools that I use aren't supported apps within Make, but their ability to make HTTP requests allows me to work around that.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating workflows at our company. It helps us to create these automation quickly and without the need to use development resources.

 ### 30. Automation for Starters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dara Maria A. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

What I love the most about help is that it can make repeated tasks easier by automatically implementing steps as programmed, without the actual programming (i.e. Coding).

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The downside for Make is how many applications and functions can be integrated. Yet, this is also a plus for Make. The complexity and importance of understanding each integration's processes make it slightly tricky but manageable

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are processes in our system that are being done repeatedly, and with Make, some steps can be done with a push of a button which is beneficial for the business since it is more time-efficient.

 ### 31. Automation platform to connect your systems together

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

Helps us write more complex automations for Monday.com

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I don't really use it. A 3rd party vendor recommended it and set it up for us

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to create more complex workflows for Monday.com

 ### 32. So easy to use for someone brand new to automating.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make has a lot of really helpful templates you can start using straight away. I love how it puts the cookies on the lower shelf for people (like me) who are completely new to automation.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

It's very easy to feel overwhelmed by the many options available. and trying to work out which module to use for what.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple platforms that have different data. Make helps us tie that data together to automate procedures that don't need humans messing it all up.

 ### 33. Complex but Effective Automations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha W. | Growth Team Operations Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make helps make automations and rules possible within Notion for me that I'm currently unable to do via formulas. It's really nice that you get notified when the automation fails so you can get ahead of it. The user interface is also very pleasing.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Not so much a dislike as just a very strong learning curve. If I wasn't looking at instructions on how to set it up? I likely would have been lost. It has so many possibilities to it!

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use databases in Notion and I was trying to set up repeating tasks - when you check a box saying it's done, the next due date updates to the next needed one. There's not currently a way to do this within Notion so Make has made it possible.

 ### 34. Make.com is a great enabler

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make allowed me to build a saas-tool without prior knowledge of coding. I was able to learn a lot of things and use Make.com in many different ways. It is great that you can start with simple scenarios in the beginning and get more elegant and sophisticated over time.
The visual builder makes it easy to understand what you are doing.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Sometimes when working with Airtable it is a bit annoying to get new fields (fields created after starting to work on the scenario) into a scenario as a variable. But that is really a minor thing to complain about.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make allows me to connect multiple services in an easy and reliable way. The visual builder allows me to create automation that I could not create with classic coding.

 ### 35. Good alternative to Zapier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Egor B. | Company Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

With this tool, you can automate both day to day tasks. As well as serious projects at your enterprise. Even a child can handle the setting. And more functions.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

This is a good tool for the beginner or inexperienced user. But there are also its shortcomings. The embedded database and its management is a nightmare. The same applies to any functions if they are more difficult than the entry level.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it was necessary to quickly integrate different services or test hypotheses, this turned out to be the best and fastest solution. Also good for checking MVP.

 ### 36. Powerful but brittle, not fault tolerant, terrible support and migration from Integromat

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make is more powerful and flexible than Zapier and similar platforms. It makes it easy to call api endpoints directly as part of a flow without worrying about authentication, when a particular function from one of the saas products you're integrating with isn't built in. It also can handle things like arrays of results which other platforms can't.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The migration from Integromat was very painful and not well planned by them. One big change is webhooks in integromat used to be able to be used on multiple scenarios/workflows, but now they aren't. This means ALL of your workflows that are in production using a shared webhook as the trigger will break and need to be reconfigured. Literally zero effort on their team's part to make this transition easy. Their documentation is also gratuitously verbose and disorganized, and they provide poor support via email only (slow to reply, reps often don't read your initial message). Finally, integromat and make are brittle - if one thing goes wrong in one workflow one time, it shuts off the workflow entirely until you manually go in and look. Sometimes it's just a matter of missing or malformed data sent by another system e.g. your CRM, but that shouldn't cause it to give up and shut off for all future triggers. It's very transparent they are trying to conserve compute power wherever possible with such fault intolerant policies. This issue makes Make seem like a consumer product not ready for real business use.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting various disparate business systems e.g. CRM with project management, accounting (quickbooks), etc.

 ### 37. Make.com needs some more maturation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim L. | Software Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

With the recent rebrand and 'upgrade' to make there have been a number of usability and bug issues introduced to the platform. I have confidence that these will be resolved by the team, but it has created an unstable environment in make for many months now. I still utilize integromat.com for my personal workflows and have avoided migrating all my key accounts to make.com till the bugs and reliability have been improved on make.com.

Integromat has so many different modules for connecting your Saas applications. I also love the flexibility they provide in regards to how many actions you can do for each connection.

The visual representation of the integration is a game-changer and in my opinion makes integromat one of the leaders in this space. I used to have to create separate diagrams to document the workflows, but with integromat the integration is self documented in a powerful and visual manner.

Their tool set provided for data manipulation, iteration, aggregation and so on is excellent and so far I haven't found a use-case that couldn't be automated with integromat. They even have an HTTP module which allows you to connect easily to any web service, even if they don't support it. This is also a game changer as it often times removes that last barrier to full automation that a tool like Zapier just can't handle on it's own.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Make.com was released as the flagship product too early in the development lifecycle. There are still bug fixes for features that need to be released and make workflows more difficult on the new platform than on integromat previously. I have confidence that the team can fix these, but the amount of time it is taking makes it difficult to use the platform or maintain confidence in the tooling.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

integrating web based systems.
Automatic Invoicing
Automatic email responses
Complex automations within PM software (Monday, Asana, etc...)
Automatic file uploads/logging.

Go-to for any automation / integration for all my consulting clients.

 ### 38. Good product when it works but can be tricky and licensing system is a "got-ya"

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob H. | IT / Administration / Compliance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Visual building of the integration is well-conceived and helpful

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The licensing system is per operation, and, oh boy, those operations add up real quick. We have quite simple integrations and we had to keep getting bigger and bigger plans

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We gather data from Fulcrum App and use "Make" to analyse it and perform actions based on the analysis

 ### 39. Easy way to automate tasks without code!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omkaar S. | Software Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat.io (now called Make.io) is a really good solution for anyone who wants to make their life easier by automating their repetitive tasks. The website features an easy to use drag-and-drop workflow builder that is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Off the top of my head, I cannot think of anything that made me dislike this platform. The pricing could be a little better, but they do provide pretty generous free limits.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using Integromat to connect my Airtable and emails and slack. It has made it so much easier to send out templated emails to clients as needed, whenever the database gets updated.

 ### 40. The almost perfect automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Óscar M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

It has usability far above its competitors. If you have used Zapier, at first it will seem strange, but when you work with it a bit, you will see that its usability and power are on another level.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Process-based pricing can quickly increase the number of processes used, and you may need to upgrade your account level. If you perform very repetitive tasks, you might have an issue with the pricing.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I try to make Make do all those repetitive tasks of my day-to-day. Both in terms of marketing and personal productivity. You can do almost any task you can think of. If you can standardize it, you can do it with Make.

 ### 41. it is very useful but difficult to learn how to use

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara P. | WordPress Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

It helps me keep tasks up to date. I save a lot of time by not worrying about certain actions because make already does it.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

It is difficult to learn to use it. Not much training on it. It would be great if they had a training program.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me automate tasks such as storing form data, creating entries in my databases, sending emails...

 ### 42. I love it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jocelin C. | Website Design and Messenger Marketing Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

I love that Integromat has more options than zaiper. Zapier only allows you 2 steps zap and then you have to upgrade if you want to do more. With integromat they use operations so my scenario is can be as big as I want to. And it's perfect because there are parts where I do need the integration but I don't need to go pro because it's not used as often.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Sometimes there are som scenarios with other apps that are a bit complicated to use. But support helps me a ton in understanding it more

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Integromat is a bit technical, but with their Facebook group, support, and their article, you'll be able to navigate with ease.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using manychat to send unique coupon codes to buyers, sending information to Trello boards, sending SMS to local phone numbers once an action is done in messenger, posting on Facebook pages. I used all these when potential clients are demoing my services

 ### 43. Outstanding iPaaS experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael S. | SW QA Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

If there is an award for UI for iPaaS tools, Make/Integromat will absolutely take it. It has one of the best-polished UI for iPaaS products, is highly intuitive, and has a single dashboard that you don't need to go from one panel to another.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The name change is not the greatest idea; the word Make has too many meanings and a Google search will provide several items, some of which are unrelated to the tool; perhaps it's nostalgia, but I like the previous name of Integromat.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a freelancer, I deal with a wide range of scenarios, and Make has shown to be quite useful in integrating with several tools and CRMs like as Salesforce. Its capabilities have enabled me to connect to APIs, Services, and a myriad of apps.

 ### 44. Scenario Editor for integrating AWS S3 & Lambda with our Datastore in Make Platform is Superb

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mounika C. | Cloud Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make helps create scenarios & connections between different resources in our enterprise. It also enables webhook-based execution in which we can run all scenarios parallelly and manage high workload & inbound requests. We can categorize our templates as either Public (Accessible by anyone in our organization) or Team (Accessible only by our Team members) which promotes reusability features and tailor our templates based on our needs.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Make Architecture is hosted predominantly on the Amazon Web Service platform, hence it's highly reliable and secure for our organization. For additional security, it offers SSO for user account management, authorization and authentication standards. It provides various function usability enhancements from which we can easily identify unclosed functions and prevent errors just by hovering over the part of the function.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make platform integrates our Amazon S3 bucket & AWS Lambda function to our Datastore for our facilitating bucket creation, invoking trigger functions and creating records in our database. We utilize its Scenario editor to create our workflows and include modules to automate the process. We can schedule our scenario execution periodically through schedule settings and collect records from its logs for execution history.

 ### 45. Easy to learn, nice interface.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lily Y. | Lactation Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

The interface is clear and easy to understand, I like how flexible it is. I was new to Make and managed to learn how to make use of it in my passive income stream.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

There is a lot of app available for integration but 2 of my important apps (Podia & Deadline Funnel) are still not available. I hope they could add them in the future.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm creating customized digital content, Make made the process automation possible, and at a very affordable price to me. I can't imagine doing it manually or using other pricier alternatives.

 ### 46. Most amazing automation tool out there for a fraction of the costs than the biggest competitor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adjunga N. | Automation expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

The visual flow builder and the data manipulation possibilities are genius

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Slightly less integrations than it's biggest competitor but if you know how to use the HTTP module that wouldn't stop you to integrate with any REST API.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using different platforms in integrated simple business processes without the need to struggle with code or hosting.

 ### 47. User Friendly and can transfer lot of value

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Lot Of Values to be transfer from glide to other application/website API.
and its user friendly UI

**What do you dislike about Make?**

a lot of method need to be learned, some app still need to crack

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

help my company employe to automate a form out from a CRM Data so they dont have to write it manually

 ### 48. Interesting Software

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

From what I understood, it backs up your clickup so that if you make a mistake via clickup, you just go to Make and it will sort out your mistake. I don't know if there are other competitors out there besides Make

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I don't have any dislikes at the moment as I have not spend time with Make software. I must make time to sit down, read through everything, learn it and know how it works

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know of any problems or issues, because I have not worked with Make for long enough. I am not more productive, because I have not used Make software for more than 1 day

 ### 49. Great tool even greater comunity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaiah P. | Leasing Coordinator/RTM/Integrations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

That the possibilities are virtually endless. I know nothing of coding, but the community helps you out so much, I was able to parse an email, and since then, I want to learn more and more!

**What do you dislike about Make?**

How imposing and completely useless you feel when you first start playing with it. It just adds to the satisfaction once you complete an integration.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with a CRM that is very closed up and doesn't like working much with other systems. NO open API. We need to communicate with our tenant, and at the time when we started using integromat, the communication tool that CRM had was sub-par. Integromat helped us communicate better. Now I try to use it for everything. Automated email responses, automated application processing. It is just a dream, and I guarantee we are only at 5% because I am not great at coding, and I also have other things to do than figure out how this all works like a pro. I highly recommend taking the Integromasters Course too.

 ### 50. A fierce challenger in automation process integrators

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramon C. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Technically talking I like that it really works and let you connect hundreds of apps through it, working just fine. Talking about UX/UI I really like the easy that the graphical map lets you connect between apps is so simple and intuitive and probably is this what makes differente from other solutions. Finally but not less integromat has apps that you can't find in other automation tools and here I'm talking specifically about Telgrem the main reason why we started to use Integromat.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Is not really a big issue but Integromat has an opportunity to improve the easiness of connecting new apps. Right now the requirements needed in order to connect aps sometimes involves in looking for API, KEYS, looking for users IDs in the browser bar, I'm ok with this but less techical people will have issues wondering how to connect apps. The other thing is that the look and feeling of the menus are not appealing so I was in doubt if the tool actually worked but as soon as I saw the UX/UI of the graphical map where you connect everything I realized that they were putting all the effort in this map not in the menus.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

I know there are some other integration tools but I recommend people trying this one for us it has unique features that you don't find in the most popular tools and can make easier your automation tasks. Anf if you're looking to automate Telegram this is the option.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are basically automating a lot of forms that have to be connected with google sheets and telegram. Since Integromat was the only automation tool already integrated with Telegram that I found. I had to use it but in the path I realized that is a really complete tool. So this forms are connected with Telegram bots and these bots are updating status in several Telegram groups and distribution lists where many of our drivers have to be checking up for updates. The other part is to connect all the data generated by the forms to google sheets where technical people will use the information for other purposes. for us this was an easy an economical integration compared with using a in house solution.
