The tools used to create what they call a "package" were challenging to learn, but once I knew them well enough, I was able to be very effective in extracting, transforming and loading the data we needed. The help provided by their engineers when I hit a difficulty has been very useful. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** Significantly too expensive, in my opinion. Not easy enough to "play" with the functions to make sure that I understand what they're doing and how. The X-Console is a good first step, but it's still too finicky and buggy. Support is quick and a delight, even on weekends! 3. Transparent row based pricing which makes billing a breeze without needing complex credits 4. MOnthly pay-as-you-go-pricing. No lock ins. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** 1. I cannot add different users with different permissions. They confirmed they're working on it but wasn't a deal breaker for me. 2. I would like DataDog integration. Also told it's on their next quarters roadmap **What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Switching to Amazon Redshift and FlyData had an immediate impact on our data analytics efforts. The same queries that would take half hour to 45 minutes, now run in a couple of minutes. Now we can actually gain access to the data that we previously had, but had no way of extracting due to it's size. The move also democratized data analytics across the company. Previously my team would have to pull data from numerous sources, manually match the data outside of the database, and then share the results with whoever needed it. Not only did it cost the team man-hours, but it required a special set of technical skills that few people in the company had. With FlyData, now that everything is in one place, we can easily get access to answers. Now, even non-tech savvy people can get their results because there is less effort on my side. ### 44.
