What do you like best about Integrate.io?

Honestly, Integrate.io has made my life so much easier. At Sendspark, we are a lean team and we just do not have the bandwidth to have engineers babysitting data pipelines all day. Integrate.io basically solved that for us. The interface is clean and approachable. I am not a super technical person and I was able to set up my first pipeline without feeling completely lost. The connector library is huge, which matters because we use a lot of different tools. And when I did run into issues, their support team was genuinely helpful. What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

There is a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced transformation features. It took me a couple of tries to get it right the first time. Nothing that stopped me in my tracks, but I did have to dig into the docs a bit. Also, depending on where your company is in terms of growth, the cost might feel like a stretch at first. What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were spending way too much time trying to keep our data in sync across HubSpot, Snowflake, and a handful of other tools we use at Sendspark. It was messy. Things would fall out of sync, reporting felt unreliable, and we were always second-guessing the numbers. Integrate.io fixed that. Now our sales and customer success folks can actually trust the data they are looking at when checking how people are engaging with our video content. What do you like best about Integrate.io?

Doing a simple data transfer is exactly that -- extremely simple. With only a ten minute overview, we had our first transfer up and working in under two hours. We can create a new one now in minutes. But there is power there when we need it--for transformations, for controlling and monitoring the jobs, for taking a different path due to success, error, or any other scenario we can test for. What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our volunteers don't work full time, and they don't like to spend a lot of time learning new tools, because every hour spent is not an hour doing the volunteer work they signed up for. Because the basics of integrate.io are so easy to learn, our volunteers can accomplish real work in a very short time, and then learn additional features as they need them.

Our data structures are rapidly evolving. integrate.io allows us to make all the needed changes to the data sets with the click of a single button--without having to deal with each field individually, unless we need to. Because it will also change the destination's table structure (if we request it to), we can synchronize the data structure changes in our source with our destination in a matter of minutes -- no dragging of fields, no alter table statements. This allows us to update our data destination structures all inside the deployment window, and with the same personnel. We don't have to queue it for someone else with a different skillset to do at a later time.

Because it is so easy to use, we have been able to quickly consolidate data from disparate systems into a data warehouse. Now we only need to train volunteers on one set of reporting tools, not one for each source system. It also allows us to more easily understand the big picture, even when data comes from different sources. We can ask questions like when was the last time we contacted (from gmail) Company xyz (from our CRM) , and is the sender still volunteering with us (from our HR system)? What do you like best about Integrate.io?

The system was easy to integrate and flexible for all of our systems. The system is reliable with little or no maintenance or intervention needed to maintain consistent data flows. There’s room for improvement in certain areas. The number of features could be expanded, such as direct connectors to more sources like DocuSign and JIRA, which would enhance ease of integration. Including Python scripting capabilities would provide more flexibility for custom workflows. Furthermore, the API documentation could be more detailed, especially for implementing CURL examples and handling JSON data with functions like map and bag for looping through objects. What do you like best about Integrate.io?

Integrate.io simplifies data tranformation by allowing you to build and reuse processes. In addition to this, you can set up schedules to automate your workflow. What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team is responsible for transforming thousands of a records at a time into a desired template. This template differs between the parties receiving the data from us. These transformations including filtering, joining, removing, transforming and more. Doing this manually is very time consuming and often leads to human error. Integrate.io has allowed us to build a process for each data source/template pair. Once our process is built and tested in Integrate.io, we can trust that the data will be correct each time the process is completed.
