Their support is fantastic! We can usually get an answer via Chat within 3 minutes. For more serious issues, we can still usually get a response the same business day. This greatly exceeds the reponse time I received from other LMS Support departments in the past. As the LMS admin, I really appreciate the almost immediate response when I have an issue. I really can't think of anything we dislike about Instructure. Our experience, particularly with the implementation process, was smooth and the staff was extrememly helpful. As a new LMS admin, I was concerned about the implementation process. With Instructure, the implementation staff completed most of the main steps using input from our staff.
