What do you like best about InStream?

This is a very easy way to use and configure to keep track of the clients. The interface is well designed. Its limit in contacts made it not worth it, since other products do not limit the number of contacts and my company has more than 100 thousand contacts. It was not clear in which place if you buy premium (which is only a few dollars higher than what we currently use) if it would be for "unlimited" users as the price indicated per user. My associate tried to find an answer to the question, but never received an answer) so we just moved forward with another company. But I would definitely recommend this to someone with fewer clients. What do you dislike about InStream?

Great experience so far using Instream. However, it takes time to really understand the corner and crack of Instream. It requires a lot of patience since Instream is not the most intuitive CRM that exists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I chose this CRM software based on the features it offered for free, and also the paid version. It just offered more. Filip, one of the developers, spent quality time with me learning all the functions of this software and helping me to customize it for my industry. Who does that more? I was very pleased and extremely impressed with the features and thinking of InStream and the customer service I received. New features are constantly being added. Everyone should try this platform. It is perfect to keep up with our potential customers. InStream presents a beautiful interface and has all the features I wanted for my recently launched web design agency. What problems is InStream solving and how is that benefiting you?

My job is to collect information on potential investments, high risk and low risk, which means that I work long and dreadful hours. With the constant change in the market, I need to be up to date and stick to the updates of our current economy. I was looking for software that could help me communicate efficiently with brokers, fund managers and clients, and I found InStream. This software helps me collect relevant data from my clients so that I can relate them to the appropriate investments. What do you like best about InStream?

InStream has been a very reliable platform since the first time it was implemented in the company because I have everything I like and what I need, we can work as a team to improve sales and keep track and advice

I have a communication with my business contacts more stable and more complete of the products we offer and keep them satisfied

What do you like best about InStream?

What I like about InStream is its simplicity and innovation in its platform. With the customer segmentation system I can have a better vision of the whole system, to fully handle each communication process with each of our clients and thus develop better interpersonal relationships, such as business alliances. The CRM system is undoubtedly the best to perform any sales and marketing management. But when you arrive at the beginning it is difficult to understand everything, it takes a lot of training and preparation in the area to enter fully into such a deep area, but after it is there the benefits are incredible. What do you like best about InStream?

With the Business Intelligence tool it helps me to supervise all the communications that I have with the clients and to have the order of the planned activities and the last time that I communicate with each one in order not to lose the client or to be so intense in the communication

also I have all the information I need from each client in the same place that gives me support at work so that time is reduced without having to move to other app to have this information

What do you like best about InStream?

InStream is an online CRM, which helps build strong relationships with customers. InStream is great for Investment Advisors, Client and Risk Management, and Modeling & Simulation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InStream?

Support non-responsive, bugs that have been there for ages are not getting fixed, social links show you things, but nothing else. Recently Google stopped trusting InStream so email linkage no longer works. There is also no way to export. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was looking for a Tool which supports my sales processes in an easy way. As a startup, you have to take care of your budget. So InStream was the best too to make my business growth and held the costs low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InStream?

I love the fact that I can integrate several pieces of retirement planning software into one cohesive package that delivers phenomenal results in converting a prospect to a client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm solving the problem of how to depict how volatility in someones portfolio will affect their chance of running out of money during their lifetime compared to other software which shows a more linear approach and does not account for volatility but just fixed rate returns. What do you like best about InStream?

The basic version was very limited and I'm self employed and really needed something between the basic and next version up.

We are an organization that has just began the first stages of our email outreach campaigns and so far Instream has been great for us to track our engagement with prospects. The system is very easy to load new contacts and then sort those contacts into targeted lists. The list feature is highly customizable in terms of the information that can be shown and data fields that can be added. Instream's customer service though is what sets it apart from other CRMs. The support team is there virtually on demand to help you. Would definitely recommend Instream to others.

What do you like best about InStream?
