InStream is a CRM software, which combines many online communication channels into one simple platform. It helps small enterprises to build relationships with customers and creates tools for more efficient work.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

InStream supports companies and organizations in managing relations with customers and business contacts. Indifference to the average CRMs, InStream is not only focused on sales processes, but also on every kind of business communication. When average CRM’s requires keying manually the data, InStream automatically monitors all users actions, suggest what has to be done and monitors the communication in order to shorten the time within each process.

What do you dislike about InStream?

I don`t see any.. It`s startup - so real time changes are natural.. So if must write 40 characters - i do that now.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InStream?

InStream has a clear, innate logic to it which helped us categorize our relations with clients. The system is continually growing and the staff is eager to help you out anytime you need it.

What do you like best about InStream?

I like a really good response to the problems of InStream Team. They do a lot of hard work to make product better each day and it really gets better and better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InStream?

There are some mistakes, that shouldn't happen in such product. They should be found in testing process, but it looks like it is changing in positive way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InStream?

I like the relation lists. It is just awesome that I can gather my contacts on different lists - they are like folders on my pc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
