What do you like best about Instant Financial?

What I appreciate most about Instant Financial is how intuitive and easy the platform is to use for both administrators and team members. The setup and ongoing management are straightforward, which makes adoption seamless across our locations. I also value that it offers multiple solutions within one platform, allowing us to support our brand in more than one meaningful way rather than relying on a single service.

As a growing brand, it’s important for us to partner with vendors who can evolve alongside us, and Instant Financial has done exactly that. They have been flexible, adaptable, and proactive in supporting our expansion. What do you dislike about Instant Financial?

If I had to identify one area for improvement, it would be the platform’s inability to recognize duplicate entries. While this is a relatively minor concern overall, having a safeguard in place to flag or prevent duplicate submissions would be a helpful enhancement. Instant Financial helps us streamline and modernize how we manage payroll distribution at the store level. By providing pay cards for our tipped employees, it creates a more efficient and secure way to issue funds, reducing the need for cash handling and minimizing risk.

It also supports a direct deposit solution, allowing us to operate as a fully electronic payroll environment. This improves accuracy, increases convenience for our team members, and simplifies administrative processes.

Additionally, the platform gives our stores visibility into tip payouts, enabling them to quickly identify discrepancies and make corrections when necessary. "Effortless Payroll with Vendor Integration"

What do you like best about Instant Financial?

I like having the option to assign an Instant Financial account to an employee instead of waiting for them to set it up last minute. Their integration with multiple of our vendors has been one of the easiest we've dealt with. Instant Financial works with both of our key vendors, helping to get timesheets daily and offering early pay to employees after their shift. The review process of disputing charges for employees. They reach out to the corporate office for assistance but we are limited to what we can do because this is the employees personal transactions. When they need to dispute charges or feel as if their money has been taken from them, there is nothing we can do except pass it on to manager support and hope that it gets resolved. Most helpful about Instant is the ease of streamlining tips. Instead of dealing with physical cash at the end of the night, Instant Tip makes it very easy for employees and employers! Any time there were any issues, our rep, Margarita Angel, was extremely helpful and the support team was able to help right away as well!We use this everyday for our staff and the backend access is very easy to navigate! What do you like best about Instant Financial?

Our company has been with Instant since 2019 and their manager support is just as strong in 2024 as it was in 2019. If anyone ask me for information about Instant, this is always my first response! We recently went through an integration that affected many vendors, Instant was the first vendor that was greenlights on every level.
