Inspire Software has a user-friendly interface that allows me to create Objectives to track large goals and Key Results to break them down into quantitative pieces. I can track tasks and measure progress required to hit my goals. With the ability to create weekly plans and schedule my tasks, I can create detailed To-Do lists for my various personal and professional roles. As a Database Administrator, Inspire has quickly become a game changer in my work regimen. It provides an accurate picture of daily and weekly progress. The features are intuitive, making it easy to customize options. It also allows me to customize my home screen to layout widgets in way that lets me focus on what matters most. The analytic and reporting facets have been super insightful for me, as well. It's also empowering to have data-driven insights at my disposal, allowing me to better contribute towards team goals. Although I've only needed support once, I was pleasantly surprised with the responsive and friendly customer support! Overall, I find that Inspire Software helps me to increase my productivity both in and out of the office. **What do you dislike about Inspire?** There are A LOT of features and customizable screens. It can be overwhelming to figure out where everything is. Luckily, it is very intuitive and has a great "Quick Start" videos and online help built in. After adopting Inspire as a daily productivity tool, it was not long until I was able to have a natural flow to my planning and tracking. **What problems is Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inspire Software allows me to set goals and track progress easily. In an operational role within my company, I must jump into unexpected projects and tasks on short notice. Juggling multiple projects can get messy fast if not organized well. This software encourages me to customize the tool specifically to my needs. Also, I wish that Inspire's interface with LinkedIn Learning was more seamless - that we could browse the entire LinkedIn Learning library directly from Inspire. It supports our OKR process nicely and is very easy to use. Our users are quite self-sufficient with very minimal training. The real-time reports are helpful and we use them in our monthly status updates. Love the hierarchy view. We like the ability for each user to customize their home screen, menus, etc. Implementation was quick and easy, and the Inspire team provided a lot of support to get us up and running quickly. Ongoing support has been helpful and responsive as well. **What do you dislike about Inspire?** We've found the downsides to be minimal. We don't use the system in exactly the way it was designed, so have had to come up with a couple workarounds related to corporate key results. The dashboard is customizable with widgets which I appreciate. I enjoy the recognition portion and the ease of recognizing our employees and rewarding them for their hard work in a public (internal only) forum. Another function I sincerely enjoy is the Performance section, this allows me to have productive and guided conversations with my team and document goal progress, as well as clearly define and track expectations. There is a clearly outlined timeline that makes identifying deadlines and overdue items quickly. Goals are easily maintained and prioritzed on our dashboard for easy reference, overall, it's a great product. **What do you dislike about Inspire?** As stated, its a great product, it currently offers good functionility, it's just somewhat limited. I have confidence in the program and their knowledgeable team and look forward to watching it grow as functionality is added and external sources are integrated. **What problems is Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making the process for performance evaluations more efficient, by providing a user friendly template for documenting progress, identifying areas of growth and clearly defining expectations. The goals portion allows our team to work together towards progress and acheiving our goals in one platform. It makes the review process so much faster, easier, and productive for me. **What do you dislike about Inspire?** Inspire offers a lot of features and it takes a bit to learn how they all integrate with one another.
