InspectionProof includes nice visuals (such as colored pie charts and percentages) to let you know how "complete" your various inspection areas are. It breaks them down into the type of deficiency they are in, or it can tell you if there are no deficiencies detected. I also like how you can see the number of items in each inspection checklist you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that has a slight learning curve is navigating the various checklists. This gets more difficult when you're at a bigger institution, as you have to "drill down" a lot to find the particular area(s) you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
