It allows the consumer to splice and dice the data the way management wants it presented without unnecessary fluff or out of the box reporting constraints. I enjoy that we are able to customize the groupings to our liking. Due to needs of the business, we need to see certain G/L Accounts by dimension, and Jet Reports allows us to manage the data according to our needs. I also really enjoy the drill-down function, which cuts down on time of having to manually search in the general ledger. I am constantly creating ad-hoc reports and use Jet Reports daily. I also enjoy using the different modules - not only financial, but also "statistical". It helps our company immensely to be able to tie the two modules in one report. I believe the cost is well-worth the power and functionality provided. **What do you dislike about Jet Reports?** Every so often load times become tedious/running in background takes sometimes over double the amount of time. I also extremely dislike that I cannot use Excel while Jet Reports is running. **What problems is Jet Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Jet Reports, we had to build out our Balance Sheet and Income Statement out of Dynamics 365 Business Central. That is it. Very minimal reports available. A huge lack of of custom reporting to meet our business needs. Now, we are able to easily manage and present Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and other custom reports. We are able to splice by dimensions, by company, as well as consolidated. We combine different modules to allow us to see Actual Vs Budget. Jet Reports has truly made us much more efficient and allowed us to analyze our work, instead of reporting which is little value-added. ### 11.
