good interface performance management UI

Judging a person only on the performance was once happening.

Now with tool like opaconnect we can track every quarter with existing saved data

It might appear different and you might have to get used to it but it's worth it.

We don't receive any notification wether a new team member updated a goal, the synchronization of the input is terrible! when I have to accept or archive a goal the edit screen takes almost 20 seconds to load. What I find best about OpaConnect is its transparency. The way it is structured, it encourages measurement of performance in a very simple way. I dislike that its difficult to collaborate on goals. If I propose a goal, my supervisors only option is to not approve it. Because of this, we often collaborate on goals and the wording of goals outside of Opa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
