And it's great Insightful is proving just as effective for your on-site team as your remote one. It was never just a remote-monitoring tool, and monitoring is only a fraction of it: at its core, this is a full workforce intelligence platform, turning utilization data into something you can act on - spotting what's driving the most impact, where small changes unlock real gains, and how to amplify what your strongest people already do well, in the office or at home.

As for the duplicate triggers when someone switches laptops, happily, that's an easy one to sort. Our "merge" function pulls those duplicates back into one clean record, and the team would gladly walk you through it in detail, just drop them a line.

Managing a mix of remote and on-site is no small task, and we're glad Insightful's making it lighter for you.

There's a real exhale in never having to chase a timesheet again! That weekly grind of nudging people for hours is a fine thing to be rid of, and the invoices falling into place off the back of it is the quiet bonus.

On mobile... There isn't a native Insightful app right now, so on your phone you're only seeing a thin slice of what the desktop does, which is where the full experience currently lives. That's why it feels so limited away from the laptop. We do get what a constraint that is when you're on the move.

The wish for proper on-the-go access is going straight to our dev team.

That's a strong footing to bill from and long may it last, and pull us in anytime as things grow.
