Overall I’ve had a positive experience. There may be opportunities to further improve audience segmentation for web push notifications, which could make campaigns more targeted and relevant for users.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

From a marketing perspective, we chose Insider as our main communication platform because it allowed us to deploy an easy-to-use solution across 17 countries, ensuring compliance with various data privacy laws while integrating information from multiple sources.

Our IT department sought a platform that could be implemented smoothly, offered robust data security, provided the necessary integration features, and was adaptable for future needs.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated team supporting our efforts, who truly understand our goals and requirements.

The support structure is straightforward and efficient, and we greatly value our interactions with the CSM team, who consistently provide the assistance we need.

All marketing teams use the platform daily, whether it's integrating communications, analyzing results, or creating new campaigns for email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Insider's primary area of activity is e-commerce, and many of its features are clearly designed with e-commerce in mind, which is understandable. Since we use it for a non-profit education application, we sometimes need to think creatively to adapt these features to our needs.

Most of the time, though, it still performs better than competing solutions.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Communication: We use Insider to communicate with our contacts in several lifecycle stages in both B2C (prospect,  applicant, alumni) and B2B (funders, employers, supporters, etc.).
* Data Integration: Insider allows us to create a single contact database with data flowing from multiple sources. Their CDP functionality allows our data to be centralized effectively without draining resources from our current IT area.
*Multi-Channel platform: We have communication automations that incorporate Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, allowing us to be as close as possible to where our contact is. We are also testing other channels, such as web push, exploring their effectiveness with our audience.
* Personalization: We are exploring Insider functionalities to A/B test our web properties to increase conversions and improve customer engagement.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

As a user of Insider, we’re impressed with the platform's features, particularly Smart Recommendations, InStory, and Email. The Smart Recommendations feature is a game-changer, providing personalized product recommendations to customers based on their browsing history and preferences. This has helped to increase customer engagement and drive sales for my business. The InStory feature is also a standout, allowing me to create interactive and engaging stories within the website, which has improved the customer experience and encouraged brand loyalty. The Email feature is comprehensive and user-friendly, providing a range of tools for automating, segmenting, and personalizing email campaigns. This has made it easier for me to reach and engage with my target audience effectively. Overall, we highly recommend Insider for businesses looking to enhance their online presence and drive sales.

Initially, we needed a little hand-holding to get started with the products. But the Insider team proactively supported us in integrating tools. Overall, we are happy with the results we’ve seen so far.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After implementing the products by Insider, we’ve seen a tremendous improvement on our website. With their Smart Recommender, we were able to remove all the clutter from our website and provide our users with a personalized and convenient overlay. This further improved our cart cleaning and abandonment rates which boosted the online conversion rates by 6.5% over 6 months time. 

With the help of their InStory tool, we were able to capture the attention of our website visitors with personalized stories, which further significantly increased engagement rates on our website. Apart from this, we were also looking for an automated email solution to drive more leads. 

We’re also glad we used Insider’s email tool as it not only improved segmentation but also helped us drive more leads and uplifted the conversion rates by 23.30%.

Insider’s Web Suite and Architect made it incredibly easy to launch time-sensitive holiday campaigns. The Wheel of Fortune gamification helped us collect more leads in just a few weeks, while personalized onsite recommendations improved product discovery. The Email, SMS, and MMS tools worked seamlessly to re-engage customers and recover abandoned carts. The Smart Recommender also boosted visibility for relevant gear, ensuring shoppers saw what they wanted most. The platform’s real-time analytics helped us track performance and optimize quickly throughout the busy season.

The platform has so many options that it takes time to explore them all, but the Insider team provides helpful support and training to get things running smoothly.

Being in the fashion industry we launch a new collection every quarter. This means constant updates on our website and mobile app store, and also new marketing campaigns to be launched every fortnight. **What do you like best about Insider One?**

Insider’s Social Proof technology is something that we were looking for to drive more conversions and purchases. The best part of using Social Proof is that all its campaigns are customizable. And because of this, we were able to personalize them to our business requirements. The campaign showed how many website visitors were viewing each of the products and this motivated our users to buy the popular products that were in demand. This led to a boost in conversions and revenues.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

However, we had our doubts on its effectiveness, we were surprised with the results that we received. In just a month’s time, our sales and revenue were a lot more than we were expecting.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We saw a drastic drop in customer purchase intention to actual purchasing during their session on the website, which resulted in a significant decrease in add-to-cart actions. In addition, the number of sessions with add-to-cart dropped and was less than that of transactional sessions. Having understood our challenge, Insider suggested that we leverage web push notifications to drive people down the sales funnel and implement social proof strategies to create FOMO. After employing these strategies, we were able to drive add-to-cart and purchase triggers, which made the purchase decision easier for our customers.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

The best thing we love about Insider's comprehensive product suite is that offers hyper-personalization. Smart Recommender enables us to create campaigns in no time for a lot of different algorithms with the ready-made templates. Combining with the marketing automation capabilities, we saw a ROI of 5X. We also receive ample support from Insider's Account Management team as they support us with strategic inputs to improve the performance of our campaigns, apart from helping us with onboarding, integrations, and product adoption.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

We don't have too many major reasons to complain but one intial challenge we faced is with getting accustomed to the capablities of the different products. So we needed a bit of handholding at the start and also we needed to read a lot of their documentations to understand the full capacity. 

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Insider, we did not implement any marketing automation or personalization capabilities except for transactional processes on email and SMS. With the help of the smart recommendations tool and automation, the business has realized a significant increase in ROI, with a 5x increase after the onboarding period. 

The product is very comprehensive and offers both fast-tracked campaigns at the start we can customize as much as we want to fully utlize the personalization features. 

The support team has also been very helpful in helping the company onboard the new platform and drive product adoption.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Using Insider’s Onsite tools, we created a persona-based customer journey that generated six-figure revenue for us each month. Other than Onsite we also used Web Push and Smart Recommender tools. From the very first month of using the coupon sidebar template, we witnessed a significant increase in conversions. The responsive banners enabled us to adopt a single template for both mobile and web personalization, making multi-channel campaign launches extremely convenient.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

The Insider team was really helpful throughout our entire marketing journey. They were highly responsive and proactive in addressing our queries. We were struggling with innovative ideas for our campaigns, but our new account manager assisted us with new ideas for future concepts, especially as we approached the peak season.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insider’s user-based recommendations ensured that we showed the most relevant products to our visitors. Before using Insider, we manually built trending product recommendation carousels using our Google Analytics data, which was time-consuming and not dynamic. However, the Smart Recommender completely resolved this issue.

With the Smart Recommender, we implemented winning cross-sell and up-sell strategies that improved our AOV and cart size. Insider is very usable for user which dont have any experience regarding code writing which is pretty common in other marketing automation tools which I used. Very user firendly process of campaign creation.  Safe tests options.

What I like most about Insider One is how it helps us keep a clear overview of all marketing initiatives and what’s possible within the platform. On top of that, we can build visually appealing templates directly in Insider, without needing extra external integrations. The insight into our customer profiles, along with the attributes and events we can connect to them is also extremely valuable when setting up campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

With A/B tests for web templates, it’s not easy to identify which specific users were in each variant. That makes it difficult to build a retargeting audience based on the test results afterward.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insider One solves the challenge of creating and managing both dynamic and static audiences in an easy way, which we can directly use for advertising. It also brings a wide range of marketing capabilities together in one platform, especially messaging options and personalized, segmented automation journeys/flows. I’ve known other companies that provide solutions in the CRM field, but this one undoubtedly stood out for the features it offers to our CRM team, in addition to the data visibility that helps guide more and more of our Growth team’s actions each day and, of course, the support team that is so close and efficient. The team is attentive and makes all the difference for us. Also, the technology is simple to use, easy to integrate, and fully meets our needs. Today we can say that Insider has earned our trust as a market partner, especially for its incredible support.

I’d like to have more ease in making bulk adjustments in journeys via Architect, such as an option to select multiple cards within the same channel to edit, delete, etc.

 The Insider platform is very easy to use - we can consolidate data and build segments easily and the product is easy to use to build campaigns without too much IT effort. We had problems with our previous email vendor since it didn't offer stability and too many automation options. We get that with Insider. We used web push for first time with Insider and are very impressed as we are able to target the right segments with personalized contents

We do not have app yet and website is the main communication with users along with email - the only problem is how to deliver message to them but not at high cost.

One of the features that makes it easier for us to run ad automation is a complete journey architect with a large selection of journey templates. The best thing about them is their failure-ready plan. While working with them, there were times when something or other wasn’t working as expected. But we were surprised that the Insider's team was always ready with the failure plan. They mainly improved our business operational strategies using Web Suite, Web Push, Smart Recommender, Email, and Architect. Man, these tools are so user-centric! Our product catalog was huge, and properly merchandising it was important. For this, Web Push + Smart Recommender were the best duos. We improved the visibility of individual SKUs by employing AI to power the recommendation engine across different pages. And it just becomes better. We could customize user navigation and uplift the entire mobile user experience. We also saw a noticeable boost in lead collection volume for our business.

While the overall experience has been exceptional, one area could be improved - the pricing in relation to traffic overage. At times, a surge in traffic doesn't necessarily mean an increase in revenue, so it would be beneficial if this aspect was balanced out in their pricing model.

We lacked the knowledge to promote our loyalties channels extensively. It's really hard to manage every facet of marketing strategies properly. That’s why Insider was born! Another huge plus point about Insider is it supremely saved us operation cost because we can now easily operate without IT additional resources.

Panel logic makes sense in principle: The idea of using panels to group domains with shared templates/div structures is logical for scaling in-line campaigns and system rules—if the upfront scoping is done well.

Recent engagement from a technical lead: In the past week, we’ve seen a more structured recap of open items (panels/domains, dynamic URLs, Tealium data layer approach, user attributes schema) and a willingness to investigate workarounds (e.g., conditional logic for partner_id, alternative approaches to placements).

User data model work is underway: Finalizing a user attributes schema should help unlock testing and expand use cases once the core integration issues are resolved.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Onboarding delays and missed commitments:
We submitted the initial integration on January 31 with a stated 2–4 week timeline for System Rules. 
Months later, it was still pending.

Last-minute cancellations impacting our team: 
Onboarding and training sessions have been repeatedly pushed at the last minute, making it extremely difficult to reassemble the right cross-functional group on short notice. These disruptions have materially hindered progress and contributed to our missed early-April migration target from our other Personalization tool.

Lack of clarity on core implementation topics:
No one at Insider was able to give us a definitive plan for how to use panels for domain groupings given our hybrid site structures, nor a clear approach for embedding a single inline banner in multiple areas at the same time across same or similar sites.

Design Studio limitations and productivity friction:
The inability to create custom HTML/CSS/JS templates from scratch, the absence of an “undo” capability, and uncertainty around dynamic URLs have slowed design and iteration. This creates rework and makes it harder for an experienced team to move quickly.

Technical implementation gaps and rework loops:
We’ve encountered script issues during our first campaign usage and are still waiting on conditional logic updates (e.g., based on partner_id) and multi-domain support that doesn’t require a unique campaign/URL per domain. 
We’ve also had to revisit prior discussions due to limited awareness of platform capabilities, which is both inefficient and frustrating.

Data layer and events uncertainty: 
Native Tealium data layer support is not on the roadmap, and while a custom solution was being explored, this should have been a known issue and clearly communicated constraint at the outset. 

Communication, task ownership, and accountability: We’ve felt heavily neglected in onboarding and support.
Too often, our account team has functioned as non-technical intermediaries rather than problem-solvers, leading to bottlenecks, unclear ownership, and slow handoffs.

Platform fit concerns for our scale/complexity:
Based on our deep-dive, we now know the platform cannot meet our requirements without substantial iteration and updates. 
Instead of upgrading our current capabilities with Insider, we’d be regressing. 

In conclusion, our current website personalization tool dances circles around Insider and costs 85% less.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, Insider is not effectively solving the problems we expected it to address. Our goal was to leverage Insider for advanced personalization, multi-domain campaign management, and streamlined integration with our existing data layer (Tealium). Unfortunately, due to persistent onboarding delays, lack of technical clarity, and platform limitations, we have not realized these benefits.

Instead of accelerating our personalization strategy, the migration has stalled. Key issues—such as incomplete system rules, uncertainty around panels and domain groupings, and design studio restrictions—have prevented us from launching campaigns at scale. 

In short, the intended benefits—improved efficiency, richer personalization, and faster time-to-market—remain unrealized. At this stage, Insider has introduced more friction than value for our team.

What has been very useful for our team are the campaigns available on email, web push, WhatsApp, and Architect channels. Additionally, the service has proven to be extremely clear and dedicated, helping us achieve the best results. We have already noticed, in fact, consistent growth day by day.

The only point that has been bothering me a little is some issues related to the translation of the platform's pages. However, this is more of an aesthetic and personal matter, which does not affect the tool's performance.

Insider has a much simpler and more user-friendly panel compared to similar products. Especially in segmentation and test-focused setups, we can make many adjustments quickly without technical support.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

I find it inadequate to develop a tailored approach to the brand's needs, offer product usage suggestions that will make a difference, and provide strategic support by understanding and internalizing the priority KPIs.

Additionally, there can be unresolved problems with some products. For example, in segmented app setups, we had to produce our own solution because the issue of triggering the setup in the next session could not be resolved. Continuing in its current state carried the risk of presenting incorrect content to incorrect users, and this risk was not acceptable for a high-volume application like the Turkcell app.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can implement scenarios/tests that would take a very long time to realize with our IT teams much more quickly with Insider.

The product is great, and my favourite part is the support. Fantastic support throughout the implementation process as well as after from our Customer Success Manager.

It took a while to get used to the platform and figure out how it all works. It doesn't make it easier that our website is custom made and very complex as well. It took a while to set up, but now we are up and running and see months of solid data, it's great.

It's bringing personalisation into our ecomm website so customers see what is relevant to them. Prior to Insider we would show the same product results int he same order to all users. We are also in the process to implement Support Agent.
