**What do you like best about Insider One?**

We really liked the simplicity of Insider’s platform. Before working with Insider, we were having trouble with analysing the data from our customers and applying that to improve our communication channels. Insider’s tools helped us collect data on our communication efforts, understand what was working, and strategize to increase our engagement. Now, we are able to generate more successful email and mobile app campaigns with less effort

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

We really like Insider's email solution because it has improved our email deliverability. Along with it, our email open rates and click rates have also increased. So no reasons to complain.

**Recommendations to others considering Insider One:**

If you are looking for ways to reach your customers through email, Insider’s tools can help you make engaging email communications.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our email communication was getting very low engagement, so we were having trouble announcing new products and updates to our customer database. After working with Insider, we were able to craft more interesting emails that resonated with our customers, and in turn we saw a huge increase in email open rates, email click rates and a decrease in unsubscribe rates.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

What I like best about Insider One is the speed of communication and responsiveness on Slack — any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. On top of that, the tool itself is very easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that makes navigating and setting up campaigns straightforward even without deep technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Additionally, some of the resources in the Insider Academy feel outdated and don't always reflect the current features of the platform.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insider One helps us streamline multi-channel communication with customers, allowing us to reach them across email, SMS, and push notifications from a single platform. This saves significant time, ensures consistent messaging, and allows us to engage customers at the right moment in their journey.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

The product is easy to use. We are able to use it as self-service. But Insider One's Partner Success team always help or support if we encounter any problems using the platform. They also give extra guidance with some advanced/complex campaigns. Products: Web Suite, Push, Email, Architect

Since our goal was to have Insider One as a self-service product, it took some time for us to learn everything to use it easily because the product has lots of capabilities. That was understandable and once we got the hang of it, it has been great!

1. Data fragmentation - Insider’s CDP helped us consolidate data from different sources
2. Utilizing data from multiple sources for personalization experiences

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

We use Insider for Web Personalization. We are big fans of Instory solution which allows us to show our latest products, best sellers, offers and more in the form of clickable Instagram stories on our website itself. We also use email, SMS and web push quite a lot and we like the email recommendation solution. We achieved 59,300,303 VND incremental revenue with a 6.7% conversion rate uplift over the past month during the festival season.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

It would have been good for us if Insider's search product was introduced earlier and we could have used Insider's Eureka instead of another vendor for search personalization.

1. Creating unified customer profiles for precision targeting becomes easy with CDP. It gives us a 360-degree view of consolidated user data across web and mobile.
2. For us the best part is that we can deliver consistent and hyper-personalised experiences for our customers with the Mobile App.

Setting up the initial data pipelines took some time, but once integrated, the CDP streamlined campaign execution and audience segmentation.

We struggled with fragmented customer data, making it hard to create seamless experiences across channels for our users. With the help of Insider, consolidated the data which simplified the creation of unified experiences across mobile. It enabled us to personalize customer journeys effectively so that customers could revive tailored recommendations and messages on any platform. This contributed to an increase in engagement by 3X and also increased conversions.

MindBehind helps Carrefour meet customers on their preferred messaging channel and deliver localized promotions tied to zip code or nearest store. The result is higher engagement and richer insight into what customers actually browse, which feeds back into commercial and assortment decisions.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Because WhatsApp is so immediate and personal, Carrefour needs a clear strategy for frequency, opt-in, and escalation to human agents to avoid fatigue. MindBehind provides guidance and controls here, but internal teams still need to invest time in defining rules and governance.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing engagement with promotions by swapping generic emails and paper catalogs for interactive WhatsApp experiences.​

Easy to use, intuitive UI; Plenty no-code solutions for on-site activations and personalizations; Clear setup steps; rich library of recommendation algorithms. Great customer support (from CSM and tech support). I use it daily!

Some of the functionalities are hidden behind pay gates that would require extended plan- e.g. Architect could be available with functions included in the package. Additionally, there could be a little bit more of flexibility with the no-code setup of onsite templates, but with a little bit of coding knowledge, the sky is the limit!

Unified nature of the platform is its greatest strength. It’s a true all-in-one solution that covers everything from our Web Suite and Mobile App to Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The integration is incredibly comprehensive. I’m also impressed by how fast the product evolves; its capabilities are enormous and improve almost every day.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

The reports and analytics are very detailed, which is great, but it takes some time to understand all the data. It’s a strong tool and needs a bit of learning at first. Thankfully, our Customer Success Managers are very supportive and helped us understand the insights and turn them into clear actions.

I can quickly create segments and launch personalized automated flows across all our channels. Building custom journeys for very specific needs and customer segments.

I’ve been using Insider to manage customer engagement across multiple channels, and it has helped us create more personalized experiences for our customers. I also really like the send-time optimization and the next best channel features within Architect Journeys.

What I like least is that some advanced features may require technical resources to set up or manage. Also, having support from the technical team can help everyone be more productive.

Initially, we faced some technical issues with the product. They took the feedback and resolved it within a day.

We lacked a customer engagement strategy. We used Eureka and Smart Recommender to help customers refine their search results and address their needs. 
-Big shout out to the team who built the platform with 40+ pre-built email templates which simplified launching email campaigns without any technical capabilities.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

The Insider team are excellent to work with. They make it very easy to quickly test ideas on your website without the long lead times and expensive costs of web development.  The web pushes also offer a powerful way of reaching a new audience with marketing messages.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

I'm not a big fan of working with Zendesk to manage jobs and would prefer there were no overage costs when traffic volumes increase as your site grows over time.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We approached Insider to improve our conversion rates for both lead generation and ecommerce and have acheived both.  Insider have bought some great ideas to the table and implemented them for us.  The combination of web pushes with on site improvements is delivering great ROI with additional ecommerce sales and leads.

It's a complete tool, and the support side is excellent. I think it's important to have someone from the tool's team connected to ours to help with the strategic side, bringing in market best practices.

I love the dynamic marketing automation features around custom segments and trigger-based campaigns, which many solutions don't offer. I also appreciate the amazing customer experience team. In Architect, I can literally pull anything as a trigger, like an event from the app or an API response. The initial setup of Insider One was very easy, with different environments for staging and production.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Bulk/batch SMS would be a great addition.

Insider One offers marketing automation for dynamic and custom segments, provides trigger-based campaigns, and features a great customer experience team.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

The real-time automation capabilities are exactly what an OTA of our size needs. We can identify users by their behavior and trigger personalized follow-ups based on their intent signals whether they were exploring thermal hotels, ski resorts, or international packages. We can offer campaigns to the right segments at the right time. Cart and browse abandonment notification flows have had a direct, measurable impact on booking conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Travel is an inherently seasonal business, and during peak campaign periods,  early booking season, summer rush, the volume and complexity of concurrent journeys can stretch our team's capacity. More pre-built travel-specific templates and smarter campaign cloning tools would help us scale up faster during these windows. Initial data validation also required significant technical coordination.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate at a scale where generic, one-size-fits-all communications simply don't work. Our portfolio spans over 100 domestic destinations and outgoing tour deals to over 400 cities across 60+ countries, meaning our user base has highly varied travel intents and booking behaviors. Insider One has given us the ability to engage each segment meaningfully, from the early-bird planner to the last-minute booker,  and has become a cornerstone of our digital marketing stack.

Our new account manager is very good, Joaquim. The tool has received new features over the past year and I even renewed the contract for another business unit of the group.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

I can't effectively find bad points.

Our low email open rates were a roadblock in enhancing customer engagement rates, and for sure, it was driving low traffic to our websites. The Email tool from Insider was the perfect remedy for this problem. This tool could swiftly turn a plain email into a conversion powerhouse by embedding interactive, responsive, and dynamic elements. We love that we can drag and drop interactive elements like real-time timers, coupons, and recommendations. It's fun and productive at the same time. 

Another issue was when our users filled out leads, the information we received was inaccurate, making it harder for us to prepare scripts for genuine customer interactions. Insider’s technology combats this by tracking and evaluating whether the users are potential leads or not. When customers left inaccurate information, the Architect tool automatically directed them to request verification. This saved a lot of our sales team resources. 

Now we are enjoying the increased success rate of lead information with every coming year. It started in 2021 at 60%, and right now, at the end of 2023, it’s 100%.

We primarily use Insider for triggered messaging, onsite campaigns, and experimentation. The ability to segment users by browsing patterns, loyalty or membership status, purchase behavior, and lifecycle stage is especially powerful. That level of flexibility makes it much easier to tailor messaging and promotions to specific customer groups without requiring engineering support.

Customer success and technical support have also been excellent. The team is very responsive and consistently helpful when technical issues arise.

While each tool has its own strengths—and we plan to explore a few more soon—my personal favorite is the Smart Recommender. It has completely transformed the user experience, allowing us to display exactly what our visitors are looking for. This perfectly hits their sweet spot and drives conversions quickly and effectively.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Insider has empowered our toys brand to deliver truly personalized web experiences and seamless omnichannel communication. Setting up creative web campaigns is intuitive, and Architect’s drag-and-drop journey builder lets us craft automated flows that connect with customers across email and SMS. 

We especially appreciate the AI-driven features: predictive segmentation ensures our messages are relevant, while campaign automation makes it easy to reach shoppers with timely reminders and offers. Personalizing product recommendations based on browsing and purchase behaviors has driven real results, and the integration of web, email, and SMS lets us maintain a cohesive, consistent voice across channels. 

The unified dashboard and detailed journey analytics give our team quick insights and let us make changes on the fly, keeping us agile in a competitive retail market.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

There’s a learning curve to mastering all the features, especially for advanced cross-channel journeys, but Insider’s customer support and knowledge resources are quick to help and make it easier to become proficient.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our website for financial offerings was not doing too well. The bounce rate was too high because the website was too cumbersome to navigate. With Web Suite we optimized the layout and were also able to highlight the loan products that were trending and most popular. Customers love it when some decisions are made for them, especially the difficult ones!

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Insider’s ready-to-use web push templates have been a game-changer. Whether it is sending personalized messages to customers in bulk or running a promotional campaign for a new product launch or informing customers about discounts and promotions or back in stock alerts and more, Insider has it all.
Integrating these ready-to-use web push notifications in our app has been seamless and customers who had stopped engaging with our app are now back.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Understanding the tool did require a bit of hand-holding initially, but Insider’s team offered to help us at every step of our journey.

**Recommendations to others considering Insider One:**

We would recommend Insider for effective personalized messages sent across different channels.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to interact with our customers across different platforms but were not able to do so in an efficient way. Insider’s tool Architect, made it possible to create customer journeys that integrated different channels like email, web, and mobile. With Architect’s automation, increasing engagement across the channels and sending the right notifications has been very effective. Love Insider
