**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Among many tools, we feel the best one is Architect. This helped us to understand what’s the best channel option for each user, it also notifies and nurtures the users. The best part is, it is all automated which takes away our headaches.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Initially, we thought the platform was pricy but after using it for a month, we felt its worthy.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our cart abandonment rate was 59%. We have gotten the best results from the Architect tool. We managed to create personalized customer journeys and pushed them personalized SMS with personalized offers on the products.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

After several months of using Insider, I can confidently say that it has transformed the way I approach my day-to-day responsibilities. Insider has not only improved our team's productivity but also helped us achieve better results in planning, executing, and delivering products to market.

Insider boasts a user-friendly interface that simplifies navigation and utilization. The platform’s design is intuitive, which facilitates a smoother onboarding process and reduces the learning curve for new users. This ease of use ensures that my team can quickly adapt to the app and make the most of its features.

One of the most impressive aspects of Insider is its ability to integrate data from various sources into a single, cohesive platform. Insider consolidates this information, providing a unified view that enhances my ability to make informed decisions. -Insider excels in integrating modern data sources, there can be challenges when connecting with older, legacy systems. The integration process with such systems may require additional technical support and could potentially be more complex and time-consuming.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insider’s advanced analytics and personalization tools have transformed our forecasting and planning capabilities. With more accurate predictions of market trends and consumer behavior, I can make better-informed decisions about production volumes and inventory levels. This has resulted in fewer instances of overproduction and stockouts, ultimately leading to cost savings and improved inventory turnover.

Requires a slight learning curve and handholding by support team for getting required developments in place.
Development team takes considerable time to resolve issue, however, they keep us informed.
Yet to fully optimise CDP capabilities and take advantages of Unified Customer Profile views.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We weren’t able to get a single unified view of our customers before. With Insider’s CDP integrating user data from different data sources, we were able to centralize all the data together, creating good user profiles and their UCPs providing customer views. However there is still room for it to become more comprehensive.  
We implemented exit intend lead generation campaigns -> and this led to an uplift in the overall leads collected from the website.
We used WhatsApp to send out acknowledgment notifications before the call center would reach out.

The platform is generally easy to use, but still there is a learning curve to fully leverage all features.  Integration with some legacy systems can also pose challenges, requiring additional technical support. However, Insider's COM team will do everything they could to help customers. no complaints.

Insider product suite is the best in the market for improving user engagement rates. We used their Web Suite and Mobile App tool, and the results surpassed our expectations. The feature named 'InStory' allowed us to create and publish interactive content on our website and mobile app.

It does more than just track customer needs and wants. In unveils target market insights, potential leads, best reach, engagement and retention possibilities. It integrates with complimentary client service and engagement tools including email, social media, and landing pages. It helps us to strategize efficiently thanks to insider knowledge. It's predictive features helps us work smarter, not harder. It scores intelligently, enabling us close better. It's got advanced analytics and reporting. Like I said, more than just an Insider!

An Insider rarely misses, is always in the know. This Insider knows it all too. So who's complaining? Not me.

We like in particular how the tool has been designed, all the features it offers and its ease of use. Insider really is the tool for marketeers in medium/big-sized companies who want to run web campaigns without any further need to reach out to their IT department. Also great is the guidance you get from the support team to get your campaigns up & running.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

During initial onboarding we did not feel the exacts needs of our website were being met, with incomplete site mapping and technical errors for conversion tracking. Also, some CSM's could think more from the perspective of the company they are advising, and prepare personalized suggestions to increase the performance of their Insider campaigns (next to suggesting new campaign ideas).

We no longer need to reach out to our web builder to implement some website A/B-tests and personalisations.

Managing leads, tracking customer interactions, scheduling meetings, and analyzing sales data are daily tasks that require robust and reliable tools. 
Insider's lead management system is exceptionally robust. It allows me to capture, organize, and track leads effortlessly. The app integrates with various sources such as email, social media, and landing pages, automatically importing and updating lead information in real-time. The ability to assign statuses, prioritize leads, and set follow-up reminders ensures that no potential customer falls through the cracks. Additionally, the visual pipeline feature provides a clear overview of where each lead stands in the sales process, enabling me to strategize and allocate resources effectively.
In today's digital workspace, integration capabilities are crucial, and Insider excels in this area. It integrates seamlessly with a wide array of tools and platforms that I use daily, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and various CRM systems.
Insider leverages artificial intelligence to provide smart sales assistance. Features like predictive lead scoring help identify which leads are most likely to convert, allowing me to prioritize my efforts effectively. The AI also suggests optimal times to contact prospects based on previous interactions and engagement patterns. Additionally, automated email templates and personalized messaging recommendations save time and increase the effectiveness of my communications. This intelligent assistance enhances efficiency and improves the chances of closing deals successfully.
The quality of customer support provided by Insider is commendable. Whenever I have encountered issues or had questions, the support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offer multiple channels for assistance, including live chat, email support, and a comprehensive knowledge base with tutorials and FAQs. The prompt resolution of problems and the willingness to listen to user feedback have contributed greatly to a positive user experience.

Can't really think of any, it's such a good software. Maybe a few improvements on the on the automation workflows though.

The automation of routine processes such as data entry, scheduling, and follow-ups frees up valuable time, allowing me to focus more on building relationships and strategizing sales approaches. The centralized information system means less time spent switching between different apps and more time engaging with clients.
Insider provides a wealth of information about each lead and client, including interaction history, preferences, and feedback. This data-driven approach enables me to personalize my interactions, addressing specific needs and concerns, which enhances client engagement and fosters stronger relationships. **What do you like best about Insider One?**

Having a wide range of products and categories, it wasn’t easy for us to introduce our customers to new products as most of them generally come with a particular product on their mind they want to buy. That’s when we came across Insider’s Social Proof feature which allowed them to view how many other customers have purchased the product they were looking to buy.
It also enabled them to see the number of people viewing the same product in real-time. Implementing this solution we were able to inculcate trust in our customers, which led to a massive hike in our revenue. Really impressed with the fact that the integration process was quite easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

It could’ve been better if the panel could offer localized language support. Other than that, we have found it to be very useful and rich in functionalities. Great team, amazing tool.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re an ecom company and it’s because of Insider that we have achieved so much and that too in such a short span of time. We are able to not only meet the expectations of our customers but surpass them and it wouldn't have been possible without Insider.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Insider helped us track each visitor’s purchasing habits, interactions with the brand, and their likelihood to convert and use that information to create 1:1 experiences for each visitor. As we wanted to improve the experience for our app users as well, we used their ready-to-use in-app templates. These templates made our mobile application look more appealing to them and enabled us to personalize content and product recommendations based on specific needs and interests of each unique user. In a short span of time, we were able to boost our app retention rates and uplift conversions by 30%. As we had a large set of customer databases, we needed a solution that could enable us to send personalized emails to our inactive users and encourage them to visit our website and app. Glad that Insider’s email and SMS did a wonderful job and we were able to reach out to create different segments for existing, churned, and potential customers in no time using AI and reach out to them with appropriate messaging.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Nothing at the moment. The platform really surpassed our expectations and helped us achieve more than we anticipated. We’re really impressed with the Insider products as well as their support team and we’d love to continue this partnership in the future.

Earlier, we were struggling to gain understanding of each website and app user and because of this it was a challenge for us to create personalized experiences. When Insider came into the picture, everything seemed so easy. Leveraging their products and expertise of their team, we were able to create individualized experiences, widen our audience reach, bring back churned users, and delight our existing customers. Overall, the results have been amazing. High CR, high engagement, high retention, and app/web personalization are some of the achievements we’ve been able to make after parting with Insider. Would love to use their other products and recommend this platform to others as well.

The ability to build unique journeys from scratch and store templates for later usage in a short span of time. Predictive intelligence powered by AI assisted in contextually engaging people at the appropriate times to impact their purchasing decisions. Managing recommendations required less manual labour thanks to the auto-optimized approach.

Although learning how to use every tool can be daunting, the Insider support staff makes it easy.

Additionally, our Android share increased from 13% to 63%, and our Gross Merchandise Sales (GMS) saw an increase of 625% in a month.

Furthermore, we experienced an 83% increase in conversion during A/B testing by sending push notifications earlier. This success was due to the timely signals from journeys like browsing abandonment and cart abandonment.

As we operate different platforms running our CRM, one challenge we've encountered is the inability to export impacted customers in near real-time. This makes it difficult to exclude impacted customers from journeys using our internal tools. However, it’s possible that we haven’t utilized the tool to its full potential. We hope to see improvements in this area to enhance integration and efficiency.

However the conversion suite by Insider helped us achieve the impossible, we were not only able to significantly reduce and prevent customer churn but we were also able to reactivate customers who had stopped engaging with us. Conversion suite helped us identify the reasons for the churn which helped us design appropriate campaigns which we could then run in an automated and timely manner. Insider is solving our issue of delivering personalized experiences to our users on different channels. After implementing the Web Suite delivering 1:1 experiences tailored to individual users has become extremely simple. Architect allows us to guide customers based on their actions and predicted behaviour, making our campaign strategies more powerful.And the cherry on top is that using Web Suite’s segmentation capabilities, we can target the right audience with campaigns, including alerts for price changes or restocked items. This has increased the revenue gained per customer, and our messages are getting to inboxes more effectively.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

In the last quarter, we introduced an entire new product line but instead of better sales we saw a sudden drop in sales. We had been using Insider’s Email, SMS, and WhatsApp for quite some time and had seen impressive results. But this sudden decline was kind of surprising. The growth team at Insider suggested we use their CDP – a data collection platform and Architect to resolve the issue. Harnessing the capabilities of CDP we were able to collect data for every user from both mobile app and web at a single place and identify the problem. Architect on the other hand helped us collect data at every customer touchpoint. Equipped with this goldmine of data we were able to design a user experience which made product discovery easy, send notifications on Email, SMS, WhatsApp with links embedded which directly took customers to the right product page thus enabling them to complete the purchase. Soon our sales improved and we saw an uplift of 40% in our overall sales.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

The ability to embed easily clickable links in all our messaging is truly the highlight and helped turn around things. Insider is truly a pioneer in bring smart and innovative marketing automation solutions.

After we launched our new product line on our web and app store, customers did not quite enjoy the new look, feel, and website navigation experience. As a result our sales were at an all time low. CDP and Architect helped pin point the exact juncture where customers were facing issues which helped us re-strategize are promotional campaigns and send the right messaging using Insider’s highly responsive WhatsApp, SMS, and Email notifications. Our dwindling sales soon saw an upswing and we registered 40% more sales.

We like the Personalization suite of product - Web Suite, Web Push, Mobile App, and Predictive audiences. We’ve really managed to improve our website and app browsing experiences by creating relevant and customized campaigns for users. The products are really easy to use and we’ve managed to create campaigns quite effectively since.

Insider has helped solve the lack of personalization, ineffective communication and poor product discovery.
