"Truly a gamechanger SaaS product suite to increase CTR and reduce lack of engagement"

What do you like best about Insider One?

Data-backed analysis of customer behavior. Automated alerts have been a savior for us and get instant engagement from users across different channels.

What do you dislike about Insider One?

Although the team gives training, everything can’t be applied at the same time. We still need CSM to guide.

What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team wasn't able to analyse customer behaviour on app, mobile app suite made it clear for us.

Used Architect tool to gamify the experience for our customers on different channels which was a game-changer for us as it grabbed more eyeballs.

"Extremaly quick and easy onboarding with Insider’s integrations modules"

What do you like best about Insider One?

- The platform is easy to use.

- The onboarding process is quick and easy

- The dashboard is user-friendly with easy to access reports.

What do you dislike about Insider One?

There was some data missing from the transactional email dashboard that we wanted to analyze. We were unable to verify the user's level in order to send transactional information straight from the panel. However, we resolved it using Webhook.

What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, sometimes our consumers occasionally were not receiving transactional SMS, which Insider helped us fix. Simple and secure methods of sending transactional messages such as email and SMS drastically improved our deliveries. We are really glad that Insider introduced the Transactional SMS.

"Great tool to design and implement a solid communication along the whole customer journey"

What do you like best about Insider One?

I think it has a great platform interface. Additionally, we have seen steady opt-in rates over the months with Insider’s implementation in newsletter and push notification channels. The platform is packed with a huge variety of automation and personalization options to deliver the right message to the right audience. We’re implementing more products from them in the coming weeks and months and look forward to seeing what more they can deliver for us.

What do you dislike about Insider One?

Nothing in particular. Insider's team adequately attends to all requests we have from our side.

Recommendations to others considering Insider One:

Insider has capabilities to take any business to great heights through sustained growth in revenue and improved customer experiences. However, it is also up to the marketing teams of individual companies to make the most of the platform. Their support team works enthusiastically to help us achieve our goals, and we have been able to do it because of working together with them and making efforts to learn about the platform thoroughly.

What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Insider, we are capable of delivering app push notifications, newsletters and in-app messages to massive (or specific, according to the case) audiences. There is a lot we can do with the tool!

Using Insider’s app and email suites, we have already improved our customer relationships to a large extent. We are currently looking at implementing Architect, their customer journey builder, to make our customer experience even better.

What do you like best about Insider One?

What do you dislike about Insider One?

We need to be mindful and balanced in our use of Insider's platform. We were expecting instant results which we weren't able to see. The more we engage with it, the higher the ROI we receive, which implies that our team needs to dedicate more time for Insider.

What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our low email open rates were a roadblock in enhancing customer engagement rates, and for sure, it was driving low traffic to our websites. The Email tool from Insider was the perfect remedy for this problem. This tool could swiftly turn a plain email into a conversion powerhouse by embedding interactive, responsive, and dynamic elements. We love that we can drag and drop interactive elements like real-time timers, coupons, and recommendations. It's fun and productive at the same time.

Another issue was when our users filled out leads, the information we received was inaccurate, making it harder for us to prepare scripts for genuine customer interactions. Insider’s technology combats this by tracking and evaluating whether the users are potential leads or not. When customers left inaccurate information, the Architect tool automatically directed them to request verification. This saved a lot of our sales team resources.

Now we are enjoying the increased success rate of lead information with every coming year. It started in 2021 at 60%, and right now, at the end of 2023, it’s 100%.

"Impressive CDP platform that connects data across channels"

What do you like best about Insider One?

Insider enables us to create cross-channel marketing campaigns from a single panel -

Inone. We’ve used their On-site, In-app, app and web push products - and each is impressive in

different ways.

Kudos to the product team for building these fantastic products.

What do you dislike about Insider One?

The only problem we have is the learning it takes for new users to come up to speed with how

the product works. So the Implementation effort at that time is a lot because we’re still trying to

figure out how it works. So we had to create a few test campaigns to understand the full

abilities of the products. Once we got there, things became easier.

What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Customer Data Platform connects all the user information from different platforms and channels to build unified user profiles. A CDP with complete visibility of attributes, events, and past behavior for every customer and a full scope of channels to reach them is wow.

"23% increase in revenue with Insider’s expert products"

What do you like best about Insider One?

Not only has Insider contributed to a 23% increase in revenue, we have also been able to win back 15% of our customers who abandoned their carts on our website. Using Insider’s app suite, we have seen a 20% increase in the number of active users on our app. We would also like to give special mention to the amazingly automated, easy to use push notifications feature. Using Insider, we were able to create and send 1.2x more push notifications compared to our previous vendor.

On the whole, the products from Insider have worked impressively for us. We must also give due credit to the very supportive customer success team that has been present for us throughout our usage of Insider. Their business review meetings proved very useful for us, and the insights and recommendations from the team helped us make some good business decisions that have paid off well for us.

What do you dislike about Insider One?

One of the features - retargeting audience on Facebook, has not been working for us as they are dependent on a third party. The issue, however, has been raised with Facebook and we’re waiting for a response from them. But with Insider, itself, there’s nothing to dislike

What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sell a lot of products and there are pretty long journeys for our customers for all of these. We were looking for a solution that would help us understand customer behavior at different points in their journey and different levels of the funnel they are in. We also wanted to optimize our automated marketing capabilities, and achieve incremental revenue from the same. Another focus area of ours was to increase the number of active users on our app. Using Insider was beneficial for us and helped us achieve our goals for all these issues. With advanced Insider analytics, we analyzed as many as 19 different funnel behaviors which heavily upgraded our marketing campaigns.

Using Insider's Mobile Web tool, we were able to provide our users with captivating web experiences. Furthermore, Insider's Web Push messages allowed us to efficiently target and re-engage inactive users who had not visited our website for a considerable duration. Through personalized messaging, we successfully enticed them to revisit our website, leading to the acquisition of new users within just a few months.

Despite having a wide range of products, we recognized the need to improve user engagement and expand our customer base. To achieve this, we wanted to collect visitor information. The Insider team recommended that we request visitors to subscribe to our newsletter, which we were able to effectively communicate through Web Push.

What do you like best about Insider One?

Insider's tools helped us raise awareness of services to our customers informed about the legalities involved in doing transactions. We utilized their Web Suite, Mobile App, Web Push, and InStory tools - and all of them worked flawlessly.

With Web Push recommendations - we were able to send personalized service recommendations to our website users. This strategy enhanced our engagement with them and made leads collection and conversion easy. We collected a whopping 70k leads with Insider.

The Web Push Opt-in Box template provided customizable opt-in templates that were in compliance with browser policies, such as Chrome's quieter permission UI and Safari's interaction-first opt-in policy. The design emulated the native opt-in by presenting a browser-based consent screen that invited our users to subscribe to notifications from the website without the use of intrusive pop-up windows. This approach substantially increased our new user acquisition rates.

What do you dislike about Insider One?

Our service portfolio is quite vast. So it was challenging for us to grasp the full capabilities of Insider's products. However, their support team was of great assistance. They are proactive and responsive, always delivering immediate solutions to even our smallest queries.

We were struggling to increase service discovery on our website and reached out to Insider for support. They were extremely helpful, and the results we achieved exceeded our expectations.

InStory enabled us to create and publish interactive content on our website, similar to Instagram stories but designed for websites. The multi-story templates feature allowed us to select from a variety of designs to best fit our content and align with our brand's aesthetic.

Web Suite’s Action Builder enabled us to create custom templates without the hassle of coding. This greatly simplified task automation and facilitated the creation of complex customer experiences. These strategies boosted our page views and session times, making our website a more user-friendly platform.

What do you like best about Insider One?

What impressed us most is the capabilities of Insider’s Architect tool, AI-powered customer customer journey builder. The tool enabled us to reach out to a wide set of customers across different channels. Also with this tool we were able to optimize our strategy and intelligently send out the most appropriate messaging at the right time which helped us maximize our engagement ratio.

What do you dislike about Insider One?

Although there are no significant concerns, for beginners like us the integration part was a little difficult initially. But the team at Insider was proactive in supporting us and overcame all issues.

What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insider helped us build customer journeys by tracking their unique behavior, interests, browsing history, and preferences. With the platform’s features, it became quite easy for us to craft personalized journeys for our prospects and turn them into paying customers.

Another implementation that worked best for us was the AI-led recommendation engine on our mobile app that used algorithms to analyze the user behavior and helped us to grab their attention by recommending the most relevant content to them.

As a brand we run a number of promo offers on a regular basis and Insider helped us make it even better through strategic placement of coupons on the website. By following these strategies and implementing these solutions, our sales were boosted and substantially leveled up our ROI.
