"Recommending houses and apartments smarter led to 11.6% CRU"

What do you like best about Insider?

As the leading realty agent in the country, we are proud to have over 132K listings on our site. Insider’s smart recommendation engine is able to deliver most relevant housing information to our visitors based on the predicted behaviour. This completely changed the game for us. By delivering the most relevant listing to our visitors, shortened the product discovery process and successfully made our visitor stay longer and look at more options. After one year of cooperation, we have an 77.5% uplift in page views and 87.5% uplift in visit duration.

What do you dislike about Insider?

A localized panel would be really helpful.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending the most attractive information to the right person is the key to online businesses. After testing out Insider’s segmentation, we were amazed by the result. They are staying longer on our site, looking at more listings and viewing more housing. We are also getting more house inspection bookings coming from our site - a CRU of 11.6% after one year of investment couldn't make us happier. We are looking forward to building our next journey with Insider!

"The best mobile app platform for building smooth communication with users"

What do you like best about Insider?

First, the level of account management at Insider is incredibly high. Beside the great tool itself, account managers provide deep expertise, high analytical ideas and roadmap based on our specific vertical and market.

Secondly, the panel itself is really convenient and easy to use, every module is structured well and super handy.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Sometimes the panel updates without any notification, but overall it is still great.

Recommendations to others considering Insider:

I highly recommend trying mobile products of Insider both app and web. But if you want to build omnichannel marketing space you should also consider other products and modules!

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing is that we can easily provide communication with our users regarding the promos. As a brand, we have lots of promo activities on a monthly basis and Insider helps us to cover this need.

With Insider feature we significantly increased our performance.

"Insider’s Smart Recommendations are the best, they lifted our CR up by 31.04%!"

What do you like best about Insider?

The Smart Recommender by Insider single-handedly drove a whopping 31.04% uplift in our conversion rates on our mobile product pages, with a 17.04% increase in Average Order Value. On our website, we were able to deploy 30 different personalization campaigns in a span of only two months. These helped increase our website conversion rates by 7.14%, which is no small number either. And all these wonderful results? They were made really easy to understand with the help of their user-friendly data dashboard. We were then able to learn from the data and optimize our campaigns further to improve them. The stunning technology is backed by a prompt and highly responsive support team, as well, which makes the entire Insider experience a wholesome one.

What do you dislike about Insider?

We would love to have support for our local language on the interface, which is presently not available.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, we had to manually pick products to show up on the product recommendation page, and we needed a lot of support from the IT team for even a small change. With Insider, we have been able to create and put out campaigns so fast that we now have a lot of time on our hands to focus on our core business processes. The AI algorithm is smart enough to exclude products that are out of stock from the recommendations, as well, which is the kind of intuitive technology that we were looking for to help us scale our revenues and growth.

"A great platform to test, experiment and optimize onsite experiences"

What do you like best about Insider?

Their panel is really easy to use and the features they have meets all our requirements when it comes to segmentation and website optimization. Insider’s A/B testing has really helped us with optimizing our onsite engagement, we were able to generate more than 12% ROI in 2019.

What do you dislike about Insider?

It’s really hard to find something to dislike when their platform helps you achieve results efficiently.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

The challenges we wanted to address were website optimization and user segmentation — Insider’s platform helped us do both of these things effectively. One of these things we wanted to do to improve the experiences was to enable pre-select billing addresses, helping users make their purchases faster with pre-selected addresses, by automatically filling in the billing details. Through this we observed a CR increase from 58.91% to 60.99% in just a matter of days. It’s a great platform to test, experiment and deliver great personalization to customers.

"Nice tool for personalization, growth management and AB tests"

What do you like best about Insider?

Our marketing team finds the insider platform simple to use and easy to learn.

We can set up several on site personalizations, automated actions and AB tests without needing advanced coding skills.

What do you dislike about Insider?

We work with multiple languages and we need to replicate our campaigns from one language to another.

We’d love to see Insider bring us a solution to manage translations in a unique campaign without replicating entries for every language.

Insider’s platform provided us with all the necessary tools to communicate with our users through personalized messages to improve user experience and increase conversion rate.

"Ingenious features for an interactive app experience"

What do you like best about Insider?

Insider has been a great tool for our mobile app launch, and the team at Insider has also been great to work with. The software has a very simple, easy to use and easy to understand interface. The app push and in-app messaging have been great features for our business, allowing us to connect with our customers and build relationships by providing them an experience that makes them feel genuinely cared for.

What do you dislike about Insider?

There have been a few instances where the tool has been unstable and crashes unexpectedly. However, since the team is available for support almost at all times, we have been able to resolve and navigate the issue without much frustration.

Recommendations to others considering Insider:

Insider is a great platform to have on your marketing kit. It is brilliant to work with because it’s easy to use, and it also provides delightful experiences for the users you’d target.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for a means to constantly be in touch with our customers and keep them engaged with us even between consultations or visits. We needed a way to keep showing them relevant information that they will find useful. We signed up for Insider’s Mobile App for this and we have been delighted with the results we have achieved since then.

"Increase product discovery with Insider"

What do you like best about Insider?

We were very impressed with the Insider's support team. They had a lot of global experience but also were very informed about the local market. We also liked how easy it was to combine many different tools to achieve segmentation.

What do you dislike about Insider?

We thought the pricing should be adjusted differently because increased traffic does not always mean increased revenue, especially during COVID.

Recommendations to others considering Insider:

The technology is flexible and easy to set up. We would recommend Insider to companies looking to improve their channels.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were already uısing another channel but were not seeing results. This is why we decided to work with Insider to increase discovery and reduce bounce rates. With Insider’s Web Push and Smart Recommender, we were able to increase our ROI by 27 times in 6 months.

"An advanced piece of technology that has helped move the needle for our business"

What do you like best about Insider?

The strategic support from account managers and the transparency of reporting has been a strong point. The detailed monthly and quarterly account reviews also provide excellent strategic feedback based on our individual brand needs. The account managers have strong technical and analytical knowledge, and the sheer breadth of campaigns has opened up many possibilities in our marketing strategy.

We had technical issues with a few campaigns, but the team always addressed our concerns in a timely manner.

The Insider platform is an advanced piece of technology that has helped move the needle for our business. "Insider is a true partner and a great platform for boosting website engagement"

What do you like best about Insider?

The responsiveness from Insider’s support team is the biggest help we could get, they are knowledgeable and help us with any problem we face on our campaigns and while using the platform. What more, we feel a true sense of partnership with Insider as they not only train us on how to use the platform but also give us reports on quarterly performance.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Apart from slight glitches on running some campaigns, we haven’t really face any serious challenges while using the platform, it’s hard to find something we dislike.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we started using Insider, our goal was to drive traffic and improve the engagement, specifically conversions on our website. We started using Insider’s web push suite which worked magic and in less than a quarter we saw a Conversion Rate uplift of 14.39% and also a 12X uplift in ROI from these campaigns.

"Great tool, with a great support team that helps test, learn and develop your ecom website faster"

What do you like best about Insider?

Insider’s A/B testing feature. Not only that, our account management team at Insider is constantly helping us optimize our campaigns by suggesting relevant scenarios and ideas, and we’ve seen that these always bring us good results. They are very proactive in helping us grow.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Nothing until now, we are relatively new with the platform and haven’t faced any issues so far.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to target our visitors with personalized engagements, depending on their location, the weather, and their behavior, sometimes we also want to try different variations of a campaign to see which works better. Insider’s conversion suite and A/B testing helped us tackle these challenges effectively. We generated significant incremental revenue and saw healthy uplift in conversion rates and AOV by using some of the scenarios suggested by the Insider’s team.
