What do you like best about Insellerate?

Many features to choose from that are included with your price. Multiple upgrades to the product are released each quarter and there is good speedy support for any issues if they ever occur. Our company has integrated Insellerate with multiple other systems and it does not have an issue integrating.

Our company is constantly changing and testing new lead providers and the ability to create new campaigns, groups, routing, status/activities with complete ease is monumental to our success.

What do you dislike about Insellerate?

As an LO having your whole pipeline displayed with the current lead you are working is not entirely necessay. I would like it to just be the current lead you are working so the page doesn't have to take up a whole screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insellerate?

Coming from a "more corporate" CRM to Insellerate has been a game changer for us. This is a major change for any mortgage company/call center, but we just didn't feel we were getting any traction with the old corporate CRM we left. They weren't innovating...they hadn't done anything new in 10 years, so it was time for a change. After getting through the standard system change issues and grumbling from our agents, Insellerate has become a well-liked and widely used asset to the company. We were also able to consolidate features we used from a handful of vendors into one offering from Insellerate, which makes managing the technology stack way more manageable. What do you dislike about Insellerate?

What do you like best about Insellerate?

For a small company, the price it very doable, especially for the power the system brings. The ability to load campaigns, and interface with our LOS as well as other systems has proven to be extremely beneficial. Now our leads can come from branches and be assigned immediately to a Loan Officer to reach out the member right away. Sometimes, the LO is catching the member right after they just left the branch. And the power of the digital platform for engagement has been very useful, allowing us to reach more members and non-members in an instant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insellerate?

What do you like best about Insellerate?

First off, the customer service and personal attention are outstanding. I always feel heard, and any support requests are responded to very quickly. But the real draw is the robust CRM functionality. The automation and reporting provide everything we need, and having a mobile app so we can view borrower status updates from a mobile device is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insellerate?

What do you like best about Insellerate?

The Insellerate CRM is a must have for Mortgage Professionals and Mortgage Lenders. I've been using Insellerate CRM since its inception. The Insellerate CRM system allows users to Manage their Leads, Nurture your contacts and to Drive sales. The Insellerate CRM is easy to navigate and exremely customizable for your individual needs. The Insellerate Customer Service is also fantastic. Always available and very quick to respond. I highly recommed the Insellerate CRM system for all your lead management needs. What do you dislike about Insellerate?

In this ever changing market it can be difficult to keep up with the changes. I do feel that Insellerate does a great job in adding additional features and upgrades and making improvements to the CRM system to keep up with market and continue to drive sales and keep individuals in front of their clients. What do you like best about Insellerate?

I use Insellerate legitimately every day to manage my leads and referral partners. I love how its very simple and organized without all the clutter most CRMs have. Everything you need for leads is all on one page and easy to find. Everything for referrall partners is all on one page with very little clutter. Due to those items its easy to pick up and learn the CRM from scratch since its not all over the place like other CRM's i've used have been. The integrations are great. The referral partner section is a great way to be able to track who is sending you which customers. Its by far one of the better CRM's i've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insellerate?

I dont have much downside with Insellerate. All of the feedback that we have had, Insellerate has reviewed with us on ways to fix or adjust those specific items and they get fixed/adjusted very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insellerate?

The lead management and report building for our loan originators. The UI is easy to use and organize leads and loans within inflow. As an admin I have built many specific reports that Loan Originators have requested which make it easy for them to log in and run the report. What do you like best about Insellerate?

The CRM can do so many things that others cannot. The team has been amazing as far as helping us customize how we do business and commicate with our partners and clients. It is easy to use. They system is something we juse on a daily basis and hourly as well. The integration with Encompass has been seamless. IMO the best feature in Insellerate is "inFlow". To manage leads the LO does not need to jump between screens...all lead management on one page reduces wasted time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dislike might be too strong of a statement, however we don't pull enough data into Insellerate to run the reports our COO is looking for. We could pull more data into the system and create these reports, however we deployed a BI platform which aggregates data from multiple systems for reporting.
