**What do you like best about Inovalon Patient Payment Management?**

The ease of uploading our statements, when the program works.

**What do you dislike about Inovalon Patient Payment Management?**

It's very unstable.  It doesn't work half of the time.   Many times I have to check back later to see if I can upload my statements.  This last two weeks it hasn't worked at all.  I had to manually send statements for five skilled nursing facilities.  I sat all day on Saturday folding and stuffing envelopes.  I then went to one of our facilities on Sunday and put postage on them, which ran the machine out of postage.  My statements went out almost two weeks late.  I've requested help on this multiple times and noone from Inovalon has gotten back to me.

**What problems is Inovalon Patient Payment Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it works, it's a great product.  When it's down, it's difficult to get help from Inovalon.

There is nothing that I dislike about this at this time.

This benefits me by reducing paper and providing quick and easy access to information needed instead of having to wait for something in the mail or an emailed response.
