Inova Payroll Reviews & Product Details

We are a small business and have had a few payroll questions or changes that have needed to be made. Not only is Inova willing to make the changes, but they have also instructed me through what they have done and what I could do if it comes up again. The program does what it is supposed to do. I suppose that should be a given, but obviously not always the case. I was using one version of their software and it was very easy to use. I recently switched versions, so it's a little confusing, but I am scheduled for training on that.

I think the best thing about the company is the support I receive. Support tickets do not remain open for long. They are also very open to suggestions. There was a time when I was struggling with support, and they fixed the problems I was having quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that the only complaint I have had recently is that the reports are not very customizable. If I need something changed, I need to reach out to support to create a new report. This might be a feature and not a bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inova Payroll is very easy to use. It makes weekly payroll a breeze. It is very straight forward and simple to follow. And the staff is always helpful and quick to reply. The customer service for any questions or issues is top notch! They always respond timely with answers to any questions. I would like a customer support perosn on my account consistantly this would help with continuity, I wouod not have to put in a ticket to have the end of year stuff done and to remind them of someone 90 days probation has expired Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having my own Represenative that was at my fingertips at all times and very knowledgeable for all my needs. My represenative was so very helpful with implementing all data. The customer support amazed me, due to the fact that we had our first advisory/sales person and then our implementing rep that helped me with learning the features of the software. I find the software not very user friendly, but learning new software is always a difficult in the beginning. I have only been using the company for 3 pay periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We just enter the employee information and the payroll hours, salary, etc. and Inova does the rest. We like the fact that they process our quarterly payroll reports and W-2's at the end of the year.
