I found the initial setup of INMYTEAM difficult because I am not tech-savvy. Although the team's guidance helped, a more intuitive setup process could improve the experience for users like me. I also wish INMYTEAM was more self-sufficient in handling payroll, so I wouldn't need to rely on QuickBooks and other software.
