InMoment is an easy to use platform. Supportive staff when needed are very responsive. I have always been happy with the InMoment Experience Improvement platform.

I really can not think of anything I disike about InMoment.

What do customers think of our banking products? What is their experience in digital interface with the businesses. Best practices and survey, reporting, dashboad tools, real-time alerts provide access to follow up with clients promptly and allow sales teams an on-going understanding of client loyalty.

The analytics toolkit is great, especially the automated analysis of open-ended feedback. Their capabilities are pretty far-reaching. The price is fair, and account managers are generally pretty awesome.

**What do you dislike about InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform?**

Account managers aren't often able to make quick fixes for you, nor are you able to make changes (if you operate on the managed service model). Having a simple filter added to a report or a survey change made takes months.

**What problems is InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated customer experience/feedback program. We are able to collect tens of thousands of survey responses across a given year without having to manually deploy scores of surveys.

It can recreate the visualization of a ppt report deliverable

- Not intuitive/user friendly for non-insights/data experts
- Has a lot of limitations for doing cross-analysis, filtering, etc.
- Cannot download content in ppt
- Text analytics experience has not useful, resulting in non-sense output. Also, it has a black box process that didn't allow any adjustments in the inputs or outputs.

We are able to collect post-purchase customer feedback to keep a pulse on the key elements of customer service that differentiate us in the market. The inMoment platform is easy to use and the dashboards provide the insights we need from a high-level look down to individual store level.

Natural language processing needs to improve so negative circumstances aren't confused with positive outcomes. An example for us is when a customer is having a bad day because they got a flat tire yet one of our stores saves the day by fixing it for free.

InMoment helps us identify where we are having problems. Sometimes it is a system-wide issue that needs addressing. Most of the time it is localized and we can provide a specific Coaching Report to that store and to store leadership to help them get better.

The In Moment XI platform is a versatile tool that provides a rich data source to listen to your customers and understand what they are saying by finding common themes you can address with your internal teams.

Some of the In Moment XI tools are not fully integrated. Leading to some parts of the system not communicating with others. The result can cause some re-work when you need to switch between different parts of the software. The team at In Moment is receptive to feedback and is working on integrating their other tools to eliminate these challenges.

In Moment allows me to ask the right question to the right audience at the right time. The surveys were very easy to act upon by my clients and quick. Simply integrating through Intercom to gauge their feedback at the end of each chat. I could share them on a chat at any time I'd want to. Their integration with slack was good for live updates. Overall, Good place to start if you have the same requirements.

I've found this very quick to track all of my C-sat ratings and the updates were kinda off at times, One of my clients has been facing an issue while being insistent to share a review.

They have given me a way to gauge a customer's experience at the end of each conversation. This has in turn let us understand where the problem is and what we could improve to create a better experience for our end users.

The partnership that the InMoment team demonstrates is their biggest strength.  They don't always do everything right, but they work hard to address any issues that arise.

They have struggled with cohesive communication in the past, and there have been times when their technology has been a bit challenged, but they are open to feedback and have worked hard to address these issues.

The tool has been useful in getting the specific number for CSAT scores from our customers. It has a option to set scores from 1 to 10.

Currently, there is no way to set an expiration for the survey link once sent. Also, there are instances that customers can rate the same survey more than once.

We are able to track the scores we received from customers as well as the performance of the agents. It has options to add filters to customize further the data gathered.

The filters are easy and quick, and they will let you gain a deep understanding of customer behavior. I like that we could plug Wootric to Intercom which was already our CRM and it was a very quick setup.

I don´t really have any dislikes so far. The major problem I encountered was on our own customer data base.

It is a great platform for NPS surveying.

I realized, for example, that my customer who bought in the first months of the year, tended to have a more pleasant experience with us. Therefore I switched my product team goal for delivering features for the customers starting in march or April.

The segments allow us to see what customer groups are happier than others. It is easy to contact those who leave comments. The dashboard works well and is easy to use.

We had to jump through some hoops to make sure this complied with our policies regarding personal data, so we send a unique key identifying the person to inMoment rather than their email address, we also moved data to their EU servers, after that it's working OK.

We look at this as a proxy for whether we have a good user experience in our product, and we see how the different user segments react to the same experience. We see some patterns that are interesting

**What do you like best about InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform?**

It's so easy to use InMoment, as an organisation we can easily keep track of our customer feedback and NPS scores across our whole organisation. I really like that you can have it integrated to slack and that it's so easy for me as a Customer Success Manager to log in and add comments, verify or mark scores incomplete if needed. It also gives us a great overview of the trends and how we're performing YoY/MoM/QoQ.

Nothing really to dislike. The only thing I can think of is that we cannot have the customer company name fetched into our Slack channel. Meaning that if one of our users has an email address with a domain that is not similar to the customer name, then we cannot determine which customer it is at first glance.

Make sure to use all functionalities and have it integrated in a smart way to ensure a seamless experience.

It allows us to easily gather feedback and NPS data from our customers and helps us to improve our product and know what our customers need but also think and feel about us. Since we also moved from email send-outs for NPS to in-app, we've seen a much greater response rate from our customers.

The layout is very simple, which helps with the agility we need on a daily basis. I use the NPS evaluation, at the moment it is the evaluation we are implementing.

It has more to do with our current plan not having the resources than with the tool itself, but we are evaluating a plan upgrade. At the moment, I don't see possible improvements.

It is a very practical and easy-to-use, integrate software. We are enjoying it a lot.

I have used this tool many times . I like that it is best for simple surveys . It has some easy logics , some shown / hide when condiotions. It also offers dashboard analysis .

It is really slow survey tool. It takes a lot of effort to edit theme. In case you want completely diff theme you will have to do coding. It doesn't have any material related to FAQs or guide on general web.

It has some good logics that can be easily applied. Wo as per the requirement of the survey it is pretty handy. It also offers branching so that is also good.

**What do you like best about InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform?**

The visualization of the NPS, trends, and feedback. They are very well designed and are very helpful for making a decision. On the other hand, the connection with Intercom was smooth and fast.
We have all the information we need in one single place to learn more about what our customers think about us and how we can improve each of their experiences. 
Also, we can double-check each comment to make it valid or invalid, and at the same time provide follow-up to mark it as solved. This way, we don't let any feedback be unhandled.
The support was fast to answer.

**What do you dislike about InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform?**

The tags could be easier to trace if they were also updated in Intercom, as well as the notes.
The follow-up to a bad grade wasn't so easy to create at first, Intercom said it was something of Wootric and Wootric said it was something about Intercom. It took us a while to unfolded but we did it after a while.
Even though the support was fast, I believe there is room for some improvement.

The lack of visualizations for our NPS. In Intercom you can get feedback about the quality of the conversation but the NPS gets lost in that single metric. With Wootric we can go deeper understanding the experience of our customers. 
We can take better decisions with this information and train better our customer care and refine our operations.
Communicating the challenges and main concerns to the whole team was easier and faster.

With InMoment (formerly Wootric), you can do different types of surveys and know the feedback of your customer in an easy way, and at the same time, you do this with a tool that integrates with other tools, like a helpdesk one. Knowing what your customer thinks, what he likes or dislikes is very important for your company to keep providing the best service and products. With this kind of survey, you can have insights and improve your work!

Nothing. The tool is excellent! It provides what I need!

If you want a product that is easy to use (both for the admin and customer), with a lot of tools that help engage your customer and provide insights to keep evolving and offering great products e services for the customers, InMoment  (formerly Wootric) is the right product!

We use the tool daily and over the course of 4 years we have achieved great results in measuring our customers' satisfaction. The great advantage of being able to integrate it into our software, we can effortlessly send the assessments for pre-defined periods within the tool itself.
When a new customer is registered, the first evaluation is 60 days old, after that period we send it every 90 days, and if he rejects the evaluation, the next one will be 60 days old again. We made the integration with the Slack tool, where all evaluations that receive customer comments, go to a channel, where all company employees have access to our customers' comments and notes.
Another great advantage was allowing us to create customizable fields, where we were able to measure these assessments by company and customer level. Through the export report function, we create more robust presentations with the obtained data.
By allowing you to visualize it in graphs and define the evaluation period at different times, it helps in our satisfaction indicators, as we have a monthly goal, and we can have it as a direct result of the software, just by changing the filters in the graph.

A cool feature that we recently identified would be the option to know the amount of reviews sent, to compare with the amount of reviews answered.
It could have the option of closing the looping of the evaluations, because when a client evaluates the system for the second time, the previous evaluation performed could appear below, to make a comparison and check if the current score was higher or lower than the previous one.

It serves the purpose of the tool very well, despite having some other software in Brazil, this has been the best tool we've found, as it has important features for us that we don't find in other products.

Through Inmoment, which was implemented in the company 4 years ago, we realized that customer evaluations received through calls did not respond to reality.

Super easy implementation so we could start tracking NPS via a banner on our app. We use the free version currently and it's been such a helpful tool for our customer success team. We can see individual responses, total scores, and soon we'll integrate Wootric with Intercom.

We're using the free version currently, so this question may be a little unfair. Data export is a paid feature, which makes things a little tricky, but I can't fault them for asking you to pay for their app! One feature I would really like is the ability tag responses (we're international so tagging for regions would be super helpful), but that's not available until you get to the Pro plan (3rd tier pricing), which is currently outside of our small business budget.

I like how easy it was to set up.  Also getting the user data and the UX is easy to understand. The customer service is lovely and getting started was a breeze.  It just took us a while to get everything set up because our product team was a tad backed up, but that's on us. My team has really enjoyed the Slack integration, we get an alert every time there is a new response.

API and integrations are also very robust and reliable. Strongly recommend it to all CX professionals.  Give it a try!

Wootric is a really easy and straightforward way to measure NPS. I didn't get involved with the setup, but I personally love using the dashboard to monitor trends and export data to a CSV file. It's really useful that they let you filter by promoters and detractors with the option of seeing only grades with comments. In this day and age, you definitely want to monitor closely what your customers are saying and act on the feedback. As a Product Marketing Manager, that's really valuable to me.

There's really nothing that comes to my mind. My only concern would be the implementation, but Wootric was already set up when I joined the company, so I can't assess how much work it is to implement it. Otherwise, Wootric seems really easy to use and super intuitive.
