We streamline and simplify the procurement, storage and distribution of corporate merchandise. Inkwell serves as an extension of our clients, advising in all aspects of selecting, designing, producing and distributing swag. I've even asked my rep for suggestions on products that would be good for a certain project we're working on. They're always very knowledgeable and quick to respond. **What do you dislike about Inkwell Global Marketing?** Turnaround time can vary based on the bandwidth of the warehouse and printers so I have very different ideas of how long projects can take. Hasn't gotten in the way thus far, just something I have noticed! I'm also not crazy about the user dashboard- it gets the job done but I think could be much more user friendly and ituitive! **What problems is Inkwell Global Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating and sending swag boxes- it's so nice to be able to just log in, add the address and size needed, and know that it will be promptly delivered. ### 2. We have asked a lot since opening our store and have had some non-traditional requests. Heather and the team were able to accommodate all our needs and were great to work with. **What do you dislike about Inkwell Global Marketing?** We've had some back and forth over the size of our logos not matching the proofs, but it was quickly resolved and most likely an issue on our end. **What problems is Inkwell Global Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have four business units that all have different sets of logos and different needs. We were able to build a store that fit everyone, and was able to set up accounts and billing that was similar to our old vendor to prevent confusion to our employees. This was a tall order, but Inkwell made it happen. ### 3. We went through an extensive RFP process and Inkwell came out on top. Our account rep, Michelle, is always available, takes the time to troubleshoot with us and offers ideas, and if she does not have the answer (which is rare) she always gets back to us within 24hrs (honestly it's usually more like 8 hrs!). The doors are also wide open to do whatever we think works best for our company. They are problem-solvers and always work with us to find the best solution for our needs – and within budget! We're very happy with Inkwell so far. **What do you dislike about Inkwell Global Marketing?** Inkwell will provide whatever we ask them for and, a lot of times, offer something better! I do wish that they had a little bit more creativity when it comes to sourcing, but it's usually something we can go back and forth on a couple of times and get to a great solution. I appreciate all the time and dedication they give us. **What problems is Inkwell Global Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inkwell is streamlining our swag process. They are our warehouse, our sourcing agency, and our distributor. They are also our Company Store, for employees to shop from and purchase swag for their teams. ### 4. If I reach out with an issue or question, I typically get a response within 20 minutes! The staff has been great to work with, and I appreciate their willingness to help. **What do you dislike about Inkwell Global Marketing?** There honestly isn't anything I can think of at this moment in time. **What problems is Inkwell Global Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** The customer service is extremely quick, which is extremely helpful for us as we are a fully remote organization, so when an employee reaches out with an issue, it's great to be able to get responses from Inkwell so quickly. ### 5. My company had a ton of questions and our rep Michelle has always been available and super knowledgeable. They also have a lot of flexibility in terms of the services they offer. We are able to customize our experience to exactly what we want and I think that is what sets them apart from other competitors. **What do you dislike about Inkwell Global Marketing?** There is not much. However, one thing I don't like is the extra credit card fee that we are charged for certain purchases. Inkwell's services aren't cheap either but again you get what you pay for. **What problems is Inkwell Global Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thus far, Inkwell has helped us obtain and send out awards during our holiday season. We hope to utilize Inkwell further by streamlining processes and cutting out the middleman for both administrators and employees. ### 6. Great customer service while creating our new company store.
