What do you like best about Inkle?

The customer support is superb. When we migrated from QuickBooks Inkle’s team imported 5 years of data flawlessly and trained our staff in under a week. Their responsiveness (24 hour turnaround on queries) is really impressive. The tax tool automatically processes tax by state, so no spreadsheets are necessary. What do you dislike about Inkle?

The platform freezes time to time during bulk uploads, requiring a retry. This gets annoying during heavy billing sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
