What do you like best about Inhubber?

The ease of use, the management of access rights and the different approvals make it a great experience. Contract management in the cloud is definitely the future, which we already have thanks to inhubber. I use this digital signature on a daily basis. What do you like best about Inhubber?

Storage is GDPR compliant, all data is stored and shared in an encrypted format. Signing documents or data goes smoothly. Zip files as well as any number of files in different formats for any number of signers are signed with a few mouse movements. The solution is cloud-based and takes security requirements highly into account. The dashboard provides up-to-date business data and information about the performance of each document as well as all contracts. Contract management is centralized in a single platform and provides the latest status without having to ask the legal department or other departments. What do you dislike about Inhubber?

Either I don't use it often enough, or the software doesn't really have any real disadvantages. I would find the translation functionality very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Inhubber:

For larger companies, especially with cross-departmental workflows, I would recommend CLM with its own digital signature and short learning curve. We have saved a lot of time with each new user learning the software in less than 30 minutes. The fact that no additional licenses need to be purchased and no codes need to be entered to use a third-party digital signature also contributes to better onboarding. What problems is Inhubber solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to create company-wide standards for contract management. With AI, we have automated the organization of contracts and deadlines. Depending on who is using the contract, it is either used to get a quick piece of information or actually used for end-to-end contract management. What do you like best about Inhubber?

AI analysis saves us time and improves the performance of people dealing with contracts, as well as the overall contract management pipeline. Instant metadata extraction helps provide an instant overview of the agreement and takes a lot of the work away from managers. While it doesn't force you to leave other signature or contract management solution vendors, it makes the decision to switch easy because it improves your overall contract management experience. Aside from ease of use, it also makes a lot of sense from a financial perspective to get your digital signature and contract management from one vendor because it literally just saves money.
