What do you like best about Inhubber?

It makes its job fast and effective. User is always guided to do the right thing meaning you do all not to have any troubles later on. Any task can be easily transferred to other employees. It saves me a lot of time. Helps to keep structure in our contract portfolio. Other departments benefit from each other's processes, e.g. once labeled and reminders set everybody can use this information. What do you like best about Inhubber?

Superbly designed contract management with easily accessible repository that is searchable in multiple ways. Documents can be shared securely. Electronic signatures are always possible, even without third-party software. I have everything I need for contract management and started using it after a brief familiarization. What do you like best about Inhubber?

First of all, I liked the fact that I could start using it immediately. This is not common with business intelligence software. In fact, to this day, I think the ease of use is a major advantage of INHUBBER. Contract management is already complex enough, the software has to make it easier. That's exactly what INHUBBER does. "The implementation is simple, AI helpful, system supportive.

It significantly improved my daily work. Inhubber freed me from the need to contact legal. Before our sales team was continuously writing, calling legal for and without reason. I hunted for the signatures and had to update several spreadsheets and my calendar every time a deadline shifted. After INHUBBER I forgot when I needed to call legal last time. What problems is Inhubber solving and how is that benefiting you?

We usually have to work with dozens of contracts at the same time. Comparing them, moving terms into spreadsheets, paying attention to using the latest version of the document, and especially optimizing contract performance. I upload any number of documents at once rung AI over them and have nearly instantly the data I need for the further processing already in the spreadsheet. We reduced the dependence on the legal department and deal time. Actually, by now nearly no potential customer is lost during the contract negotiation phase due to changing decisions or if they by chance find a better offer, the pre-signing process is simply got very fast. However, colleagues who are not specifically involved with contracts now use the software as a reference database for our process management, supplier interaction, and conflict resolution.
