What do you like best about Ingram Micro?
Two things I like most about Ingram Micro is how clear and easy to use their procurement system is (especially compared with other vendors), and their team of product owners and specialists who will assist product knowledge, deals, licensing, design and architecture. What do you dislike about Ingram Micro?
The downside to this is when key staff move on. They run a wide team, but not a deep team and it can sometimes be challenging when there are holes in the lineup at the wrong times. Also, because product managers have their own quotas and KPIs, they can sometimes get a bit pushy about pointless meetings. "Hey, I'm going to be in town next week and I'd love to come out to your office..." That's fine, but for what? We are all busy, so if a vendor wants to come get in front of us, that's cool, but there has to be a relevant purpose to the visit. The agenda, no attenda... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ingram Micro?

We are using Ingram Micro as our supplier for quite a few products such as, Ubiquiti switches and access points, as well as, Eaton server U P S. They are not our only supplier, but the one that we look to the most frequent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you like best about Ingram Micro?
Ingram's sales support does a great job with getting back with me. They do have way to many teams, that all have different emails based on what solution or product your seeking, but their response time is quite good. They traditionally keep a great stock of products as well and shipping turn around seems to be pretty quick when there is stock available. Customer support on invoicing issues was nice and friendly and quick to get a resolution. I would recommend them as a distributor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
