My client/s have also been happy with the number of leads & quality they get delivered from Infuse. **What do you dislike about INFUSE?** Tough to say anything as everything has gone really well so far, but the UK/US handover has occasionally left me to repeat myself. Going beyond demographics and firmographics, they also use psychographics in a multi-channel approach to target your audience where it's most likely to make an impact. I especially like their two-touch lead offering, since traditional content syndication leads often don't remember downloading your content. Their ability to send leads directly to our MAP rather than having to manually upload leads is also a bonus. **What do you dislike about INFUSE?** There were a few hiccups in the integration process, but nothing unreasonable/unexpected, and everything seems to be flowing nicely now. **Recommendations to others considering INFUSE:** Talk to them, try them out! **What problems is INFUSE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Traditional content syndication is great at identifying new prospects within your target accounts, but often has a lower conversion rate than other tactics. When it comes time to speak with the business development team, they rarely remember downloading your content. When we saw INFUSEmedia's multi-channel, two-touch approach, with an extremely competitive CPL, we knew we had to test it out! We do see higher conversion rates top-of-funnel but are still waiting to see the impact down-funnel. ### 12.
