The best element of Infrared360 is its ability to guide the user through the inventory documentation and manages the user's tasks effectively. It's a must for all budding entrepreneurs because emerging business people need as many helping hands as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The improvement which the software makers can make is to enhance the visibility of the product in the MSME market. The improved visibility will be highly beneficial for small to medium-range entrepreneurs to buy this product. Apart from this, there are no significant dislikes for infrared360. Thanks for your feedback. While our solution is mainly used by organizations with an enterprise middleware solution such as IBM MQ, IIB/ACE, Datapower, Apache Kafka & more, we have customers of all sizes - including customers with only 1 or 2 middleware servers. In fact, we recently released a SaaS version of our solution called Q-Guard, which is perfect for smaller organizations with a minimal middleware footprint. Give us a call if you want to see it.
