Infoveave delivers a high-performance, unified data experience across our otherwise fragmented landscape. We were able to consolidate data from WebPAS (18 locations), UKG, D365, and SharePoint into a single source of truth with impressive speed.

The modern UI/UX is a real standout. The drag-and-drop interface, along with AI-assisted features, made our transition from legacy tools feel seamless. Compared with our older systems, Infoveave’s data automation and workflows are extremely efficient, and the dashboards remain fast-loading and responsive—even when we’re working with complex hospital- and group-level KPIs.

Another major win for us has been the NGauge forms, which helped digitize our data entry processes. By replacing unvalidated Excel sheets with structured, digital workflows, we’ve strengthened and protected our data integrity.

From a strategic perspective, onboarding was smooth, and the fixed licensing model gave us a clear TCO from day one, with no hidden costs. I also appreciate the platform’s modularity: we started with Automation and Dashboards, and we now have a clear, ready-made path to scale into Data Governance and Quality as our requirements evolve. While Infoveave is incredibly powerful, there’s still room to simplify the administrative UI. In particular, the configuration screens for system settings—such as webhooks, logs, and holiday calendars—could be clearer and more intuitive to navigate. I am using Infoveave software for our factory since last many years & it's an amazing tool for day-to-day operations intelligence as it gives a quick insight what happening on the shopfloor & what we need to address on priority. its very user-friendly, it has AI-powered interface and robust feature set. I use Infoveave to consolidate financial data from various sources into a single view, which helps me avoid toggling between spreadsheets and reports. It's very easy to use, even for a layman like me, and I find it very user-friendly.
