It is also a time-consuming and somewhat technical exercise to build custom reports. In my discovery part, I get to a point where I need to export my data and then use another BI tool. **What problems is Infosys Nia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thus, Nia has been a great in solving issues to do with data silos within our organization. I like UI which is good to use. **What do you dislike about Infosys Nia?** FIrstly its very expensive. You cant refer to your organization tht easily. Learning curve is more due to its complexity. Hence its requires skilled professions before use. AGain the you dont get much community support this toll compare to open source alternatives. **What problems is Infosys Nia solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to reduce the amount of time we spend manually resolving issues related to application support, minimize downtime by proactively identifying and resolving issues, and automate repetitive operations like user creation and access rights thanks to Infosys Nia. Document AI helps in digitalizing any document or any form of image be it product labels, or ingredient labels, and helps maintain accuracy across product line up, making it easy to implement any enterprise-wide changes and abide by any regulatory requirements. Nia AML platform helps in finding trends in the huge enterprise data, thus making it easy to find business opportunities and improvements. Nia ETL platform makes implementing and using data pipelines extremely easy with a no-code interface and as easy as drag and drop. The learning curve of the Nia suite is very easy and once you learn it you will find yourself using this software very frequently as it makes performing day-to-day work extremely efficient. The customer support is extremely good. The team working behind is very proficient. It's easy to learn and once Overall it is a game-changing addition for any business in their journey towards AI-enabled enterprise. **What do you dislike about Infosys Nia?** The onboarding process and upgrade process time time-consuming, thus leading to increased downtimes. But with every iteration the installer is getting more and more efficient and I believe the downtime will improve in the future. **What problems is Infosys Nia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nia helps in managing huge enterprise data that is constantly getting generated and getting bigger and bigger, and their many useful products which easily get integrated with each other, help in deriving useful business insights from big data which otherwise would just get lost. Any trained person can build a data pipeline with NIA ETL which otherwise would take sophisticated coding and make it time-consuming.
