Customer support. It feels like it is a large outsourced operation, and for the most part, you will end up resolving issues before support is able to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Informatica is that it has a support for almost all the different kinds of Sources we have be it cloud sources like Salesforce, Snowflake or On-premise DBs like Oracle, PostgreSql, MongoDB and other jdbc connections. Also the Informatica power center allows better design and development of mappings, sessions and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downsides of Informatica Integration is that it does not sync automatically all the related sessions and workflows and requires manually refreshing the session to reflect the changes in the mappings. Also it does not have good support for real-time data extraction from APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
