In the past I had issues trying to truly reach the specific demographic that we were aiming for. After implementing this product it made a significant difference in being able to increase our market penetration in several different segments. **What do you dislike about Infor Marketing Resource Management?** A bit difficult to navigate from time to time until you learn what information you need to give the system to get the data you want out. Like most things, its only as good as the data you give it. **Recommendations to others considering Infor Marketing Resource Management:** Access to more white pages or additional training to allow me to get the knowledge I need to easier get the data that I desire from within the system. It is simple to use but some insight into the system would be a significant advantage.
